Modus Operandi Pale Ale is dry hopped with some of the biggest hops from the Yakima Valley. This choice selection brings out a lively layer of aromatics, with hints of pine and citrus which follow onto the palate. A crisp, dry finish caps it off.

This American style IPA is layered with a range of mandarin flavour from a carefully selected malt & hop bill, and about 100 cold pressed mandarins blended with a concoction of orange peel liqueur (Cointreau). The result is a super drinkable, fruit driven IPA with an assertive mandarin peel bitterness and dry mouthfeel. The perfect seasonal IPA making use of our favourite citrus fruit.

This sessionable and delicious new England pale ale is absolutely bursting with delicious kiwi hop aroma, tropical body and hints of fragrant mango fruit. That first sip offers undeniable flavor- and at 4.5% doesn’t overbear the tastebuds. Making this a juicy, low in bitterness, cloudy but refreshing hazy beauty of a brew!
