Clonakilla are famous for Viognier, but in two different guises. This Pinot Gris combines fruit from premium sites in Central Otago, including Maude's mature family owned vineyard in Wanaka, Mt Maude. This Pinot gris has typical aromas of ripe pear, quince and brioche lead onto a rich textured palate where whole bunch pressing and partial barrel fermentation has created complexity.

Vavasour Pinot Gris displays a richly structured palate featuring layers of crisp fruit, backed by hints of ginger and the long mineral finish typical of the Awatere Valley.

Sidewood Pinot Gris is sourced from selected rows from their 300 acre estate in the Adelaide Hills. This cool climate, estate grown wine shows a fresh nose and palate of crisp apples, nashi pear and citrus. With a smooth, almost silk like texture, this excellent Gris has brilliant natural acidity and a length and character that will allow the wine to age wonderfully.

Marc Brédif Vouvray is a stylish Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley in France. Very intense and fruity nose with notes of white flowers and quince. A unique wine in that they have the ability to age for many decades, developing palate weight and honeyed complexity as they age.

Krondorf is a Barossa wine name that is steeped in history and tradition. Beginning with the establishment of the Glenview winery back in 1850s, the Krondorf name was re-born by Grant Burge back in 1978 and today is one of the most successful wineries on the wine show circuit winning countless trophies and gold medals in the past 10 years. This Chardonnay is a bright straw colour with hints of golden yellow, while on the nose aromas of melon and citrus typical of the varietal are present. The long and persistent palate is wonderfully textured and a great match for some smoked trout.
