Mojo Sauvignon Blanc is made from premium Sauvignon Blanc grown at various vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, this wine shows lifted fruit salad characters with touches of grassy herbaciousness and finishes with superb length.

Annie's Lane Riesling shows attractive varietal aromas of citrus and floral notes. The palate is crisp and focused, the flavours of lemon butter and honey framed by lingering acidity. Consistently one of the best value Riesling's available.

A really good Moscato offering from the Lombardia region, with cooler climate pristine expressions of grapey fruit flavours and a very well balanced spritzy backbone.

Clear, bright, pale straw in the glass, the nose is complex and enticing displaying fruit, perfume and evidence of its European winemaking. Honeyed fruit on the palate with a slight buttery mouthfeel, good acid, length and a very good lingering finish. Altogether, a very good wine.

Before Don Facundo rewrote the script, white rums were harsh, crude and unrefined. In 1862 he created Bacardi Superior following 10 years of dedication to craft the perfect rum. This Australian dry white wine has fresh, tropical fruit aromas with hints of lemon and citrus. Delicate flavours of tropical and stone fruits leave a fresh clean finish on the palate.
