This Pinot Gris combines fruit from premium sites in Central Otago, including Maude's mature family owned vineyard in Wanaka, Mt Maude. This Pinot gris has typical aromas of ripe pear, quince and brioche lead onto a rich textured palate where whole bunch pressing and partial barrel fermentation has created complexity.

Arneis, a crisp, crunchy, spicy Italian white originating from Piedmont, Italy, traditionally made without oak. Dal Zotto are owned and managed by the Dal Zotto family where their vineyards, winery and cellar door lie cradled in the tranquil King Valley in the foothills of the spectacular Victorian Alps of northeast Victoria. Toolangi is a state forest just outside Healesville that was devastated during Black Saturday. The excellent vineyards remain, and continue to produce wines of personality and place. The Chardonnay combines varietal characters of quince and crab apple with some delicious nutty oak nuances. Its great value.

Sidewood Pinot Gris is sourced from selected rows from their 300 acre estate in the Adelaide Hills. This cool climate, estate grown wine shows a fresh nose and palate of crisp apples, nashi pear and citrus. With a smooth, almost silk like texture, this excellent Gris has brilliant natural acidity and a length and character that will allow the wine to age wonderfully.

This Paul Mas Chardonnay has plenty going for it! Nectarine, melon and minerally aromas are followed by a long, textured palate with stonefruit flavours and fresh acidity. Great value.

Krondorf is a Barossa wine name that is steeped in history and tradition. Beginning with the establishment of the Glenview winery back in 1850s, the Krondorf name was re-born by Grant Burge back in 1978 and today is one of the most successful wineries on the wine show circuit winning countless trophies and gold medals in the past 10 years. This Chardonnay is a bright straw colour with hints of golden yellow, while on the nose aromas of melon and citrus typical of the varietal are present. The long and persistent palate is wonderfully textured and a great match for some smoked trout.

Clonakilla Riesling is an unsung hero of Tim Kirk's stable of beautiful wines. Herbal with white flowers aromas with citrus and stone fruit bouquet, it has a clean, ripe fruit and zesty finish.

A slightly different take on Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with a lower than normal alcohol content which produces a very light and refreshing style that will allow it to be enjoyed by all for that little bit longer.
