The gateway to double cask maturation, Aberlour 12 year old double cask matured has balanced notes of fruits and spices. Golden amber with hints of ruby red. Classic Speyside Distillery, Balvenie have blended some of their rarest reserve whiskies and aged them for 21 long years. In the final few months of the ageing process, the whisky is transferred to port casks, or pipes, to impart a luscious, creamy and silken character. The whisky is tasted regularly by the Balvenie Malt Master to impart just the perfect amount of flavour to further enhance those honey and spice notes that give way to a long, gentle and nutty finish.

The Spey River Single Malt Scotch whisky is matured in traditional American Oak casks until it achieves the perfect balance of green leafy notes in harmony with sweet delicate oak. The whisky is then transferred into first fill Bourbon casks to allow further development of sweet vanilla notes. The Spey River has a beautiful floral aroma which is intertwined with hints of spice, fresh fruit and oak. Delicate on the taste with subtle spice and oak notes enveloped with a mellow, vanilla sweetness. Macduff distillery is located near the mouth of the River Deveron, where the river meets the sea. Sheltered from the worst of the seaboard storms and winter winds, this tranquil spot has seen the creation of The Deveron malt whisky for many a decade. Using five small copper pot stills and unusual horizontal condensers that gently coax extra character from the spirit, The Deveron is a light, fruity and approachable spirit with some hints of nutty notes.

Matured for many years in traditional Whisky casks before being finished in sherry casks, this 12 year old single malt from Balvenie is rich and smooth. It's characterised by rich honey sweetness and a delicate layer of Sherry that lingers on the palate.

Craigellachie 23 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a masterpiece in old fashioned whisky making. On addition to the 13 and 17-year-old expressions, this 23 Year Old has added spice, ripe fresh cooked and dried fruits with a touch of light peat smoke on the nose. The palate is filled with flavours of melted white chocolate,baked pineapple followed by spicy oak towards the finishing. It is complex, deep and well structured. Established in 2005, Kilchoman (pronounced Kilhoman) is one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland.
