Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva is a blend of 20 per cent light column distilled rums with 80 per cent pot still rums aged up to 12 years, a proportion of which are rums from exceptional barrels which are used in Master Blender Tito Cordero's secret preparation. Although he won't reveal the ages of the rums used he has disclosed that he mixes these exceptional rums with a little cane sugar prior to blending with the main body of rums to amplify their flavour so they impart a slight touch of sweetness and a distinctive flavour to the finished rum.

Sierra Reposado is aged for 9 months in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, 7 months more than the minimum required. The aging doesn't only give its distinctive colour but also a pleasant balance of wood, caramel and vanilla flavours.

Made from 100% Weber Blue Agave aged for 8-12 years and harvested at their peak. The liquid is double distilled, and a special selection of white tequilas is blended together for added complexity and character. The result is a premium tequila with a smoother, more interesting flavour than most on the market. The clean, balanced taste with hints of sweet fruit and pepper is perfect sipped neat, on the rocks, as a shot or in a cocktail.

First introduced in 1995, Del Maguey offers a collection of exceptional, rare and unblended mezcals created by individual family producers in remote villages throughout the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. Vida was created for use in cocktails.

Gosling's Black Seal Rum has a rich, intricate flavour, well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. Black Seal includes products of both pot stills, as used in fine Cognacs, and continuous stills, as used in grappa. One imparts flavour, the other yields a subtle elegance. Bundaberg's Small Batch edition is crafted by blending the finest Bundaberg rums with the richest aged reserves from the distillery, then matured in sweet cognac and brandy barrels. The Dons latest elixir is a handcrafted spirit using the finest Agave from the Jalisco highlands and tequila ageing methods that have been passed down from generation to generation. Cazcabel and Reposado is rested in American oak barrels for 8 months and balances the beautiful, clean and earthy agave flavour of the double distilled blanco with the complex but subtle aromas of toasted Oak. The Don loves the honesty of a Reposado it cant hide behind youth or old age
