RATU 5 Year Old Spiced Premium Rum is aged in charred oak barrels then filtered through coconut shell carbon with a toffee vanilla flavour. Fiji's water is renowned as some of the world's purest, while we use sugar cane which is grown in ancient volcanic soil and warm Fijian climate, then expertly hand-cut by thousands of independent Fijian farmers. Coming from the north of Peru, Ron Millonario Solera 15 Reserva Especial Rum owes its select aroma and flavour to its painstaking ageing and maturation process. While aged in American and Slavonian oak casks, four rows of the solera system are employed, and after fifteen years of ageing, the enrichment of the rum's quality is assured. The final result is a sensational drink. A rich, persistent nose of candied-fruit, prunes and cloves. The palate offers tastes of butter toffee, sultanas, Demerara sugar and even a hint of cola. The well-balanced sweetness first coats the mouth but then fades away slowly, leaving the palate clean. Every bottle of the Ron Millonario Solera 15 Reserva Especial comes attractively wrapped in Toquilla straw, the very same used to make the celebrated Panama hats.

The essence of Plantation Rum Original Dark is the wealth of its palate and technique of double ageing. It comprises the elegant Rums of Trinidad which are distilled then aged in their tropical climate in the Caribbean in American oak barrels under high heat before travelling to France. Once in Europe, the House cellar master decides on less high esters for the Trinidadian rum and blends in old rums from Jamaica (15 - 20 yrs.) This end result adapts beautifully to classic dark rum cocktails.

Made from a 100% natural maceration of Victorian pineapple with a double matured Trinidad Rum. This Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum has a rich and delicious bouquet on the nose. Accented by smoky notes and tropical fruit aromas such as, pineapple, citrus peel, and a touch of clove. The palate opens with a structured, pleasant sensation of ripe banana, pineapple, and spices layered in a smoky finish.

Made from 100% Weber Blue Agave aged for 8-12 years and harvested at their peak. The liquid is double distilled, and a special selection of white tequilas is blended together for added complexity and character. The result is a premium tequila with a smoother, more interesting flavour than most on the market. The clean, balanced taste with hints of sweet fruit and pepper is perfect sipped neat, on the rocks, as a shot or in a cocktail.

Gosling's Black Seal Rum has a rich, intricate flavour, well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. Black Seal includes products of both pot stills, as used in fine Cognacs, and continuous stills, as used in grappa. One imparts flavour, the other yields a subtle elegance. Together they work wonders.
