Small Batch Vintage Barrel is crafted by blending the finest Bundaberg Rum with 8YO rum reserves matured in 100 year old Port barrels. Vintage Barrel is a complex rum with exceptional dried fruit flavours coupled with rich caramel notes, and the depth of American oak.

A very fine blend of Barbados rums, aged for five years in bourbon casks in the Caribbean then refined in old French oak casks at Château de Bonbonnet. Its succulent nose, typical of the Barbados style, reveals notes of toasted coconut, fudge and oaky vanilla. Plantation Grande Réserve 5 Year Old can be enjoyed straight, on ice or in cocktails.

Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is widely recognised as the oldest rum in the world. Eclipse has a brilliant golden amber colour and a luxuriously complex aroma. Aged in charred, American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, producing a rum with flavours of apricot, banana and vanilla. The barrel ageing gives the Rum a lightly smoked character and a long lasting finish. Eclipse has a warm, medium body with a bright finish. Its subtle smokiness is imparted by the toasted Kentucky oak barrels in which the rum is aged.

At the heart of the Don's tequila range is Cazcabel Blanco, a spirit fashioned from the sun-baked agave and made in the heart of the Jalisco region. Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.
