At the heart of the Don's tequila range is Cazcabel Blanco, a spirit fashioned from the sun-baked agave and made in the heart of the Jalisco region. Cazcabel Blanco beautifully balances the agave's earthy notes with a fresh, citrus edge that emerges during the Don's distillation. Don Cazcabel drinks it neat with his tacos as he stares into the sun.

Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Its creator, French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq, distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Aejo) to its own special recipe. Her tequilas are double-distilled and she uses Bourbon casks from Kentucky. The blanco (unaged) is a wonderfully clean palate with good agave, crisp apple and sweet tropical fruit notes (pineapple and ripe pear).

Inspired by traditional Calaveras (skulls made from sugar) which are used in Day of the Dead rituals to symbolize death and rebirth, Kah Blanco Tequila has intense sweet aromas of cooked agave followed by a spicy which peppery punch. This silky and delicate Tequila will leave delicious, lingering mixed spices on the palate.

Made from a 100% natural maceration of Victorian pineapple with a double matured Trinidad Rum. This Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum has a rich and delicious bouquet on the nose. Accented by smoky notes and tropical fruit aromas such as, pineapple, citrus peel, and a touch of clove. The palate opens with a structured, pleasant sensation of ripe banana, pineapple, and spices layered in a smoky finish.

A very fine blend of Barbados rums, aged for five years in bourbon casks in the Caribbean then refined in old French oak casks at Château de Bonbonnet. Its succulent nose, typical of the Barbados style, reveals notes of toasted coconut, fudge and oaky vanilla. Plantation Grande Réserve 5 Year Old can be enjoyed straight, on ice or in cocktails.

The Dons latest elixir is a handcrafted spirit using the finest Agave from the Jalisco highlands and tequila ageing methods that have been passed down from generation to generation. Cazcabel and Reposado is rested in American oak barrels for 8 months and balances the beautiful, clean and earthy agave flavour of the double distilled blanco with the complex but subtle aromas of toasted Oak. The Don loves the honesty of a Reposado it cant hide behind youth or old age
