Inspired by the life, and death, of Henry Morgan, Captain Morgan's Black Spiced Rum is crafted from authentic Caribbean rum distilled from blackstrap molasses, select spices and natural flavourings, then finished in double charred blackened oak for its distinctive dark colour and premium, smooth taste. A bold flavour similar to the finest aged whiskies, nuances of warming spice and vanilla linger for a moment, then slip away for a delicious and silky finish.

Taking the crown for the world's longest rested Blanco expression, Herradura Plata (silver) is a very clean, crisp tequila aged for 45 days to add a hint of colour and oak to its unique citrus character. The result brings more agave flavour and unparalleled taste to a margarita.

Made from a 100% natural maceration of Victorian pineapple with a double matured Trinidad Rum. This Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum has a rich and delicious bouquet on the nose. Accented by smoky notes and tropical fruit aromas such as, pineapple, citrus peel, and a touch of clove. The palate opens with a structured, pleasant sensation of ripe banana, pineapple, and spices layered in a smoky finish.

Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

Bundaberg Red is the first Rum to be filtered with Red Gum. Bundaberg Red has been crafted to deliver an incredibly smooth taste while retaining the unique character for which Bundaberg Rum is famous. Don Julio Blanco Tequila is a true tequila connoisseurs blanco. It is bottled without being aged, but rather rested for a short time in containers to allow the spirit to settle and proudly delivers fresh agave characteristics. The nose carries light citrus aromas, whilst its palate is clean and crisp with some sweet notes of vanilla. The perfect base for a the ultimate margarita.

Jose Cuervo's iconic Reposado Tequila was the first ever Tequila made after José Maria Guadalupe de Cuervo was granted land by the King of Spain in 1758 to grow the now famous Agave plant. Cuervo gets its colour and distinct flavour from extended time spent in quality American oak where flavours of orange peel and cinnamon are cultivated.

In many ways Bundaberg's O.P. is similar to the Underproof, but delivers an extra degree of intensity at all levels.
