Giesen's Pinot Gris is an beautifully aromatic and vibrant white wine balanced with subtle elegance. A nose of poached pear along with notes of almond, dry spice and a whiff of vanilla. Marc Brédif Vouvray is a stylish Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley in France. Very intense and fruity nose with notes of white flowers and quince. A unique wine in that they have the ability to age for many decades, developing palate weight and honeyed complexity as they age.

De Iuliis Hunter Valley Verdelho is full of rich tropical fruit characters, including pineapple, passionfruit and rockmelon. A vibrant acid backbone complement the fruit nicely to produce an undervalued food-style wine.

De Iuiis Hunter Valley Semillon has lifted tropical fruits and citrus characters that dominate the aroma, while excellent natural acidity adds balance and length of flavour.

Tulloch Verdelho is an exciting aromatic white that was harvested at night to retain the fresh natural acidity found in the quality fruit. The wine itself has honeydew melon notes with a real citrus blossom lift. The long, engaging palate has a real zest to it with a fine acid backbone treating the drinker with a long, crisp finish.

Margaret River is a world renowned Chardonnay producing region and Pierro can rightfully stake a claim as to why. Incredibly complex, it is a tangle of fine-boned acid, lees complexity, pristine fruit and the most detailed use of good quality oak. Extremely enjoyable now, but will benefit from short to medium term cellaring.

Another terrific wine from Paul Mas. The nose shows lifted honeysuckle and white peach and the palate is juicy and well balanced with a long, smooth finish. Excellent example of the variety.

This Italian white wine from the northern region of Veneto is light and fresh with just a hint of floral lemony creaminess making it a perfect accompaniment to any antipasto seafood or lighter style pasta dish.
