Originally named Alpha Crucis after the brightest star in the Southern Cross, this big hoppy extra pale ale celebrates Australian malt and hops. Full of sweet tropical fruit and zingy citrus hop flavour with a moderate bitterness, it’s a session beer for hop lovers!

Deliciously crisp and refreshing, Holgate Explorer is the perfect beer for every adventure. Brewed in the lager tradition, we’ve been honing our recipe since 1999, taking the best bits from our most popular easy-drinking brews. Pale straw in colour, Explorer is crisp, mildly zesty and herbaceous, with delicate citrus and an elegant balance of malt and hops. Drinks like a Premium European Lager.

Refreshingly zesty with a lively ginger spice, Ginger Smash has a tangy finish and balanced sweetness without the added sugar.

A super light, sunshine style of lager. Brewed almost exclusively with Lager Light malts and maize, this easy-going beer is designed for those hot summer days and a knock-off after a hard days work.

One of the mainstay brews since day 1. The Mosaic Pale Ale is a full bodied, true American style pale ale. A rich earthy tone throughout, which complements the hero’d hop the beer is named after.

The final member of the core range family. IPA’s are a style we’ve cut our teeth on over the years, and for this we’ve taken the best of all our previous West Coast’s and created the El Toro . Bold, robust, bitter, clean, crisp.
