Forester Estate Chardonnay is a refreshing fruit-driven wine. Pale lemon green in colour with intense roasted nuts, honey, ripe peach and a hint of smoky oak with lingering MLF on the nose. It is medium body with similar profile from the nose. Classic acidity structures with a toasty yet deliciously creamy finish.

Ripe stone fruit, melon and pear with intense shortbread, brioche and toasted bread notes from time spent maturing on yeast lees. Rich, full and seamless. Creamy, ripe stone fruits fill the mouth on entry, with lovely shortbread and brioche flavours adding richness and complexity. This full flavoured wine is a classic style that rewards with long flavours and length but remaining in complete balance from the first sip to the last drop.

Vibrant in appearance and pale lemon in colour. An array of subtle and intricate notes of dried pear, honeysuckle, lemon /lime citrus oils, peach, minerals, nuts and caramel. Very silky in the mouth with a lemon curd tart zest and richness. The talc-like minerality, fine acidity and guiding oak add length, definition and structure to the palate. Stone fruit notes greet the nose which are then reflected onto the palate that has a length of flavour befitting of a premium Chardonnay.

Since 1992, Madfish have been producing an exciting range of contemporary, cool climate wines inspired by the wild, coastal and pure characterises of Australia's South West. The wines are made by the dedicated team led by chief winemaker Janice McDonald. The chardonnay displays bright notes of citrus blossom, peach fuzz and melon that merge beautifully with rich nuances of crème caramel, lemon curd and vanilla pod. A scattering of nutmeg and preserved pear furthers the texture and flavour on the palate.
