Don Fulano tequilas are made from agaves grown by fifth generation agave growers in the Jalisco highlands of Mexico. They are then distilled in the valley town of Tequila and aged masterfully. This tequila displays notes of caramelised peach, dark chocolate and nutmeg.

This Anejo is made respecting its artisanal manufacturing background, in this process masonry ovens are used, cooking the agave for more than 40 hours with steam, the grinding is carried out by strudder and the yeast is extracted from the agave itself.
