Bubbles Rosé is a sparkling wine with a twist - a pink hue and the suggestions of red grape flavours adds an additional dimension to the fizz drinking experience. The palate displays a soft creamy palate thanks to millions of tiny bubbles. Each sip is full of strawberries, red cherry, spice and a hint of tropical fruit flavours.

Sharktooth is an apt name of this wonderfully balanced wine. Razor sharp flavours of dark mulberry and blackcurrant are sliced by a freshness and vibrancy not often seen in full-bodied wines from McLaren Vale. Fox Creek Short Row Shiraz is a terrific McLaren Vale Shiraz with lovely suppleness of texture. Plum aniseed and rich fruit-cake flavours are woven around spicy oak and light lingering tannin.
