Brothers Kym and John Davey are the winemaking team behind this quality expression of McLaren Vale Shiraz. Using modern viticultural practices that minimise work to the soil of their estate vineyard, ensures superior fruit is grown for the wine. Flavours of dark cherries and chocolate are finely framed with silky tannins and fresh acidity. Fine grained American and French oak are the thread that runs through this full-bodied Shiraz, tying together the opulent mid-palate and long, lingering finish.

Dark berry fruit aromas, sweet plum and spicy flavours, silky tannins and a rich, velvety smooth palate.

Antipodes is fine New Zealand artesian water, offering the highest degree of purity and subtle minerality. Bottled at source from an aquifer 327m deep, it is unaltered from its natural origins and offers a zero carbon footprint from its source to dining table anywhere in the world. Antipodes sparkling possesses a delicate bead while its purity makes it an ideal companion for fine food and wine. The mineral fingerprint is light, with silica as its key element, providing a silky, soft mouthfeel.

Naturally fermented from Australian honey, Daringa Mead possesses an intense aroma of honeycomb and wax, like birthday candles. The palate is unctuous and flavour-rich. This is a big, sticky, spicy old-school mead.

Made by Rockstar winemaker Ben Riggs, the McLaren Vale Shiraz is as true an expression as one could hope for. The fifth release of the wine is based around a core of pristine fruit with dark red berries, hints of spice, earth, tar and leather and with seamlessly integrated oak. Ripe tannins are apparent but not overwhelming, meaning this is a wine which can be enjoyed now or in the next 10-15 years.

Pirramimma Shiraz is full-fruited and powerful, with sweet plum and mocha along with cinnamon notes and dark chocolate which are all typical regional characters of McLaren Vale.

Produced from a mature low yielding vineyard in the heart of McLaren Vale, Gemtree Uncut Shiraz is a superb expression of the region. Generous dark fruits abounds on the palate with fine tannins and balanced acidity, which leads to a lengthy finish.
