Trois Citrus is issued from the exploration by the Merlet family of a French traditional bitter orange liqueur, the Triple Sec. It’s creation involved some of the world’s best bartenders. The result of this collaboration is the alliance of maceration and distillation of bitter orange, lime and mandarin. Merlet Trois Citrus is a unique blend of complex aromas with a low sugar content. This makes it the perfect ingredient for classic cocktails such as the Margarita, the Cosmopolitan or the sidecar. A subtle marriage allying the maceration and distillation of oranges, lime, and mandarin.

Merlet Crème de Pêche de Vigne is made from a very peculiar variety of peaches once grown along the vineyards. Located in the Saintonge land (French area of the Charentes), the Merlet family selected it’s peaches with contracted producers to create this liqueur. It is crafted through an artisanal method of fruits infused in neutral spirit, in order to genuinely deliver their aromas.
