Fair Organic Coffee Liqueur
Unlike other coffee liqueurs, FAIR. Cafe is produced from only the finest, hand-selected Fairtrade Certified Organic and 100% Arabica coffee beans. These are grown in the mountains of Huatusco, Mexico. Organic raw sugar is sourced from Malawi in Africa and is harvested through a cooperative of 300 independent farmers. FAIR. Cafe Liqueur is the lowest sugar content coffee liqueur on the Australian market, with only 9% sugar.Together with the Mexican farmers, FAIR. choses only the best rated beans for their coffee liqueur. Harvested and transported to the region of Cognac as green beans, they are then roasted and ground at the distillery, just before preparing the liqueur. This is the best way to preserve the freshness of the aromas.

Tesseron Cognac Tres Vieux Extreme Noir Non-Vintage
Cognac Tesseron Carafe Tresor Non-Vintage Non-Vintage
It's a sublimely opulent Cognac with intense rancio notes (smoky/nutty characters) that as Albert Tesseron says, "you never find in Cognacs less than two generations old". More viscous and dense in the mouth than the Légende, it's still remarkably sophisticated and (indescribably) complex, with prodigious length on the finish. Each sip fills the mouth with perfume. Sheer indulgence.
Cognac Tesseron Tres Vieux Extreme Noir
This unique bottling is a blend of Cognacs coming from ten demijohns dated from 1853-1906. So all of the Cognacs in the blend are more than 100 years old and almost the entire blend comes from the 19th century—making it considerably older (and finer) than the most famous, big brand prestige cuvées like Louis XIII or Richard Hennessy. Complex is an understatement. The nose is so uniquely developed, with extreme rancio aromas, roasted nuts, a myriad of dried and cooked fruit notes, vanilla and chocolate desserts - simply incredible. The ensuing palate is powerful, showing great concentration, a smooth, velvet texture and an incredible vitality considering its age. Complex flavours confirming the nose, with notes of dried orange peels, some woody notes and spice. An incredible tasting experience and unlike any other.

Maison Audry Cognac Fine Champagne NAPOLEON 15y to 18y
NAPOLÉON THE PERFECT BALANCE BETWEEN THE TONICITY OF A STILL YOUNG COGNAC AND THE ROUNDNESS OF AN ALREADY MATURE EAU-DE-VIE. OLFACTORY NOTES Supple and mellow, its bouquet is very fresh accompanied by scents of vanilla and lime blossom. TASTING NOTES Light palate with notes of candied fruit, buttery notes and vanilla. At the start of its ageing, this cognac undergoes a rapid passage in new barrels to keep the natural aromatics of the eaux-de-vie. It will then be transferred to an old barrel to continue its development in a humid cellar to promote its roundness and accentuate the rancios. This blend is a mixture of eaux-de-vie with and without lees, between 15 and 18 years old, from the terroirs of Petite and Grande Champagne. With its ABV of 40%, the reduction of eaux-de-vie in a natural way is favored. This high degree offers a more accomplished taste discovery as well as a better perception of aromas. This cognac contains no additives, sugar, or caramel. Only a slight filtration is carried out to preserve its aromatic qualities as much as possible.
