The Speyside Reposado 7 was born in Mexico and raised for over 7 months in Scottish Speyside whisky barrels, it’s a tantalizingly two-sided tequila. Caramel, subtly oaky with hints of vanilla and honey on an earthy, lowland agave base, it’s the best of both worlds.

A highland tequila, Don Fulano is made from 100% estate grown mature blue agave cooked in autoclave ovens, naturally fermented in open tanks using wild and cultivated yeast, and distilled in approximately 80% copper pot still and 20% copper, double column still. The spirit is distilled to 50% to 55% then cut with demineralised water from a deep well in the distillery. The tequila is non-charcoal filtered and contains no additives. The Reposado is carefully rested in a combination of new and used French limousine oak barrels for a minimum of eight months and up to two years. This ensures that the resulting spirit is the perfect balance between agave notes and those from the barrel. A nose of red fruits, think cherries and jam with the sweetness of cooked agave further enhancing this, with delicate herbal notes providing a balancing counterpoint. The French oak influence becomes obvious on the palate, with rich caramel, maple syrup and creamy vanilla flavours. With those is fruity dark chocolate, some of the jam from the nose, although deep in the mix and gentle spiciness. The cask influence is felt yet again in the finish, where agave pepperiness quickly fades to vanilla.

Talvera Azul Reposado Talavera takes its name from the pattern of the design painted onto the bottle. The tequila is an authentic taste and quality of 100% agave which is a delight to the palate. Talavera holds the Super-Premium quality of Cofradia Tequila, which is aged in wooden barrels for 6 months. The bottles are hand made then baked in an oven to create individual ceramic containers. A group of Artisans co-operate to bring together the components being bottle, product and artwork on each bottle. A joy to drink with friends responsibly and keep the bottle to repurpose it to hold flowers, liquid or simply to admire for years to come.

38% Abv, 750mL La Dama is the largest sustainable blue agave grower in the world. This Reposado Tequila is made from 100% agave, Aged 3 months, organically grown in the highlands of Los Altos. Each artisanal, diamond-shaped bottle is created from “useless, forgotten scraps” of recycled glass. Each Special Edition Gift Box is made from the exhausted agave fibre left over from Tequila production. What was seen as wastage, is given a new, beautiful life. La Dama is committed to aiding the local community: paying the highest industry wages, and donating educational resources to local schools with each bottle sold.
