Nestled away in the far north of Scotland's Highland region is the distillery of Clynelish. Situated at Brora on the stormy North East coast, this 14 Year Old single malt has been matured in specially selected oak casks and then bottled at the full 46%. Displaying a waxy nose with a hint of sugar and florals, the whisky arrives on the palate with power and flavours of signature spice and maritime saltiness.

Prized for its sweet, fresh flavours and distinctive spicy length, Tromba Reposado Tequila is aged in white oak American Whiskey barrels for 6 months, resulting in a rich, sweet tequila with notes of cacao, dry walnut, almond, orange and caramelized pineapple.

Family owned and run since 1912, Tariquet is continuing to make award winning whites wines and Armagnacs on their 900 hectares of immaculately tended vineyards at the foot of the Pyrenees. Most Armagnacs are a blend of grape varieties, this old Armagnac is made of 100% Folle Blanche grapes, the oldest variety in Armagnac.

Michters is Americas first distilling company, dating back to 1753 when they started out making rye whiskey. They take a Cost Be Damned approach to the production of every barrel, using various methods including air drying their barrels for 36 months, toasting the barrels before charring them, using a low barrel-entry strength, heat cycling to encourage ageing during the winter. This Rye is a brilliant whiskey with fresh spice notes and a lingering soft finish.

Dictador 20 year old Rum 700mL is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey that has been distilled in both copper alembic and steel continuous column to achieve a smooth medium body rum. Redbreast 12 Year Old Irish Whiskey is the quintessential example of premium Irish Whiskey, and considered to be the purest form of the art. With a history dating back to 1903 when John Jameson & Company entered into an agreement with Gilbeys Wines & Spirits Import Company to supply new make whiskey which was then 'bonded' in old sherry and port casks. Single Pot Still whiskey is unique to Ireland and this exciting example is crafted from both malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in a traditional copper still. Prosper Delord was a travelling distiller who upon discovering Armagnac fell in love with the spirit and decided to start Maison Delord in 1893. Today Jerome and Sylvain Delord, Propers great grandchildren continue the tradition with the same passion, knowledge and love that has been handed down through the generations. This armagnac is aged for a minimum of 10 years. Aromas of caramel with flavours of spice and oak, mellowing out into plums and raisin sweetness and an aromatic finish.
