Dictador 20 year old Rum 700mL is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey that has been distilled in both copper alembic and steel continuous column to achieve a smooth medium body rum. Intense dark amber with soft vanilla, smoky honey, toffee and oak on the nose. Massive flavour, strong and textured with caramel and cocoa.

Each 500ml spirit lid is manually dipped in wax with a silver foil swing tag, presented in a hand wax dripped, thick cardboard cylinder box. Herradura Añejo is an ultra smooth sipping tequila worthy of the status of Scotland's fine Single Malt Whiskies. The tequila is aged for 2 years in American oak barrels giving the spirit its trademark deep amber colour & flavours of vanilla, oak and dried fruits. Excellent over the rocks.

Herradura was the world's first distillery to introduce Reposado or rested tequila when introduced in 1974 and has been producing this excellent style ever since. Aged in American oak barrels for 11 months, giving the tequila a beautiful balance of cooked agave, sweet oaky vanilla & cinnamon.

Fortaleza tequila is hand-made from stone-crushed agave by Guillermo Sauza, a fifth generation Sauza family-member. The Reposado is a perfect balance of vegetal notes from fresh agave and vanilla wood from its resting in bourbon barrels.

Glengoyne can claim to have the slowest distillation process in Scotland - a process that makes this distillery very unique, much like their positioning on the Highland/Lowland border. The 15 Year Old Single Malt is supremely complex, sweet and well rounded. There is a wonderful spicy oak finish that compliments the luscious palate that is enhanced by the process of air drying the barley, never peat dried. The Quarter Cask is a strong, double cask matured, non-chill filtered malt from the iconic Islay distillery, Laphroaig. With a nose of burning peat embers and hints of coconut and bananas that is then followed by a palate that is deep and complex with smoky flavours. Still quite gentle with a hint of sweetness, this 48% Single Malt has a long, spicy and smoky finish that seems to last an eternity.

Deep, golden mahogany in colour, Dalmore has a fantastic nose of orange, marmalade and aromatic spice. Elegant and rich on the palate with concentrated citrus, oloroso Sherry with hints of sweet vanilla pod. An amazing and lingering finish.

Despite its long ageing, this minimum 30-month blend is not overtly sweet or oaky; it has a drier style, which is full of spice and character from its highland terroir. Cooked agave is present with a fine mixture of dried fruits, almonds and roasted coffee. There is a subtle and masked fudginess reminiscent of dark cocoa that emerges from the depth in its long and slightly dry finish.
