Located in Islays capital of the same name, Bowmore uses a combination of dedicated craftsmen, pure water, smoked peat and traditional manufacturing techniques to ensure that their whisky tastes the same as it did when it was first distilled in 1779. The 12 Year Old Single Malt has a nose of lifted lemon and honey that are bound together with the distinctive Bowmore smokiness. On the palate, the whisky is warm and delicious with subtle dark chocolate and peat smoke.

Nestled away in the far north of Scotland's Highland region is the distillery of Clynelish. Situated at Brora on the stormy North East coast, this 14 Year Old single malt has been matured in specially selected oak casks and then bottled at the full 46%. Prized for its sweet, fresh flavours and distinctive spicy length, Tromba Reposado Tequila is aged in white oak American Whiskey barrels for 6 months, resulting in a rich, sweet tequila with notes of cacao, dry walnut, almond, orange and caramelized pineapple.

Meukow VSOP Superior is a balanced blend and easy to drink. Have this Cognac on the rocks or with a splash of water. The flavour features some mature fruits, raisins and nuts, a hint of vanilla, and spices are well present. The finish is long, with a little bit of orange peel.

Ilegal mezcal is a beautifully balanced vintage mezcal from Tlacolula, Oaxaca Mexico. It is made by a fourth generation Mescalero and his family using 500 year old methods. Aged for four months in new American oak. Caramelised pear on the nose, agave, butterscotch and vanilla on the palate. A light fruit finish. Velvety smokiness throughout.

Michters is Americas first distilling company, dating back to 1753 when they started out making rye whiskey. They take a Cost Be Damned approach to the production of every barrel, using various methods including air drying their barrels for 36 months, toasting the barrels before charring them, using a low barrel-entry strength, heat cycling to encourage ageing during the winter. This Rye is a brilliant whiskey with fresh spice notes and a lingering soft finish.

Dictador 20 year old Rum 700mL is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey that has been distilled in both copper alembic and steel continuous column to achieve a smooth medium body rum. Intense dark amber with soft vanilla, smoky honey, toffee and oak on the nose. Massive flavour, strong and textured with caramel and cocoa.
