La Cofradia Elemental 750mL 40% La Cofradia "Elemental" offers a soft tequila that involves 4 elements. Air is reflected in the ultra oxygenated profile Fire is present on the artisanal ceramic bottle Earth has been represented on the neck of the bottle with the rock called obsidian. Water is part of the tequila formulation using spring water from Tequila's volcano. While enjoying a sip of La Cofradia Elemental you are in actually experiencing ancient water from the Volcano which dominates the land and gives the town of Tequila its name. A pure, clear, and heavier Blanco with strong herbal notes and a Raw Weber scent, partnering its distinct Weber and herbal flavour. 750mL is approximately 23.7 Standard Drinks.

Talavera “Rosa” Reposado. Talavera takes its name from the pattern of the design painted onto the bottle. The tequila is an authentic taste and quality of 100% agave which is a delight to the palate. Talavera holds the Super-Premium quality of Cofradia Tequila, which is aged in wooden barrels for 6 months. The bottles are hand made then baked in an oven to create individual ceramic containers. A group of Artisans co-operate to bring together the components being bottle, product and artwork on each bottle. A joy to drink with friends responsibly and keep the bottle to repurpose it to hold flowers, liquid or simply to admire for years to come.

Arquitecto Tequila is created from high altitude agave grown on the lands of Master Tequilero, Arq. Enrique Fonseca. The tequila is distilled in copper, exclusively from the weber blue agave plant in Mexico. The agave is cooked, crushed, fermented, and distilled within a range of 41- 45% ABV at Tequilena distillery in the town of Tequila. No immature agave, no non-agave fermentation sugars, no diffuser, and no additives were used in the production of Arquitecto Tequila.

Despite its long ageing, this minimum 30-month blend is not overtly sweet or oaky; it has a drier style, which is full of spice and character from its highland terroir. Cooked agave is present with a fine mixture of dried fruits, almonds and roasted coffee. There is a subtle and masked fudginess reminiscent of dark cocoa that emerges from the depth in its long and slightly dry finish.

Born in Mexico, shaped by Scotland, Storywood is the only range of tequilas in the world that are fully matured in single malt whisky and Oloroso sherry barrels. Storywood tequila begins with 10 year-old mature 100% blue weber agave, harvested from the lowland region of Jalisco and married with the natural spring water from Volcan de Tequila that flows down from the mountains. This liquid, much like a new make spirit, is then locked away in the finest of oak casks which have travelled 3 continents. The Speyside Añejo 14 was born in Mexico and raised for over 14 months in a Scotch whisky barrels, this adventurous Añejo is a tantalizingly two-sided tequila. Hiding in every deep amber dram are notes of toasted oak, roasted nuts and treacle toffee.

La Dama is the largest sustainable blue agave grower in the world. This Blanco Tequila is made from 100% agave, organically grown in the highlands of Los Altos. Aroma: Pear, lemon and rosemary, with wafts of smoke, autumnal spices and cooked agave. Palate: A striking balance of fruity, herbal and sweet caramelised agave. A delightfully silky, creamy texture, finishing with warm and clean, with hints of chocolate. Process: Cooked inside traditional masonry ovens for 72 hours. Fermented with wild yeast. Double distilled in a small community owned distillery in Tototlan; the land of the birds. Each artisanal, diamond-shaped bottle is created from “useless, forgotten scraps” of recycled glass. What was seen as wastage, is given a new, beautiful life. La Dama is committed to aiding the local community: paying the highest industry wages, and donating educational resources to local schools with each bottle sold.
