Launched in March 2015, Archie Rose Distilling Co. is the first independent distillery and bar to open in the City of Sydney in over 160 years. Crafted from Australian wheat, Archie Rose Original Vodka is carefully distilled in a handmade 300L copper pot still constructed in Tasmania by Australias only stillmaker. Complex, clean and crisp, with subtle notes of fresh apple and mint, each bottle is individually marked with the distillation date, bottle and batch number, and is perfect for sipping neat or as the base of your favourite cocktail.

The first spirit in the World to be made from sheep whey and recent winner of Worlds Best Vodka (World Vodka Awards 2018) judged in London amongst the worlds leading Vodkas. Each Bottle is hand sprayed black and the label hand written and signed by Ryan Hartshorn (Head distiller) The spirit is made by fermenting the lactose sugar within the whey which is the waste from our sheep cheesery which is on the same farm where we milk our animals. Very Small 80-100 bottle batches. The spirit is unfiltered which is rare for a vodka. This means you will get a lot of character remaining from the whey which is a sweet nose and creamy mouth feel. This vodka is designed to drink straight at room temperature. Serve alone in a large aromatic glass or as a vodka martini with a pair of quality green olives.

Soplica Lemon Spirit drink has all the character and credentials of the original product which has been produced in Poland since 1891. With the same careful blend of grain vodka, rye and wheat, Soplica Lemon also contains the delicious taste of lemons collected fresh from Polish Fields as well as a hint of honey.

Seacliff vodka is handcrafted from barley, grown in the nutrient rich, red earth soils of the fertile Riverina region. By having complete oversight of the inputs that go into the vodka, it is possible to create a delicately smooth vodka. The purity of the spirit is enhanced with the addition of spring water sourced from deep within the aquifers of the Southern Highlands. The two main components of our Vodka; water & grain spirit were meticulously selected from local produce, based on their aromatic intensity, richness, structure.Water was sourced from pristine Blue Mountains ranges in New South Wales which is specifically high in Zinc giving Ancient Wisdom Vodka its unique viscous silky taste.While the wheat grain strain selected is explicitly grown in winter in the high moisture-storing capacity of the clay-based soils of southern Queensland, which plays a significant part in imparting a delicate earthy nose.The vodka is then triple distilled before being gravity fed through Silver and heavily charred Oakwood to achieve the desired viscous mid-palate imparting a lingering earthy finish.
