This Australian dry red wine reveals a bouquet of dark cherries and subtle hints of vanilla aromas. Flavours of plum, dark cherry and blackberry fruit are balanced by spicy oak characters. Finishing with soft, silky tannins on the palate.

Anthropology, by definition is the study of culture and traditions. One of our absolute favourites, our Cabernet Sauvignon is matured in oak casks for that light vanillin oak finish. Its a lively red with a smooth finish, presenting fine velvety tannins and an intense blackcurrant jam flavour on the palate. This Cabernet Sauvignon will impress, with impenetrable mauve and violet hues, it has intense aromas of red berries, sweet blackberry jam, a touch of vanillin oak and Eucalypt characters. Subtle fine velvet tannins marry perfectly with the intense, concentrated palate of ripe blackberries, blackcurrant and well integrated oak to create complexity and depth that persists to a long, flavorsome finish.

The palate is full flavoured and intense with rich blackberry, plum, blueberry and spicy characters. The tannins are very ripe and dense giving great structure and length to the palate.

This Australian Pinot Noir shows aromas of ripe plum, cherry, spice and vanilla. A soft, rounded palate with good length and a smooth finish.
