La Trappe is the only Trappist beer located outside of Belgium and is only one of the seven still producing Trappist beers today. A German style Pilsner, Trumer Pils is characterized by a distinct hops flavour, high carbonation and light body. A combination of Saaz and Austrian hops, malt mashing process and proprietary yeast make Trumer Pils unique among beers.

The story of Sol goes back to 1899, when on a sunny morning in Mexico, a brew master was working away. The early morning sun crept over his brew pot, caught in the majesty of the moment he was inspired to name his brew 'El Sol' - the sun in Mexican. Since that day Sol has been a beer for the working class, a beer of the people.

This is a beer whose fragrance of fresh yeast with a light, flowery rosy touch is especially pleasant. Its flavour, noticed when tasting it, only accentuates the pleasant sensations perceived in the aroma , while revealing a light but pleasant touch of roasted malt.

Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. The taste perceived in the mouth is a balance confirming the fruity nuances noticed in the fragrance.

Quadrupel is the heaviest La Trappe beer with a magnificent amber color. Matured in oak barrels, it has a warm, intense flavor that is full and well balanced. Malty sweet, slightly toasted and pleasantly bitter with a sweet aftertaste. Identifiable aromas include banana, almond and vanilla.

A light Ale crafted using 100% malt, so you can enjoy a full bodied light Ale. Prickly Moses Light Ale is brewed with pure Otway rainwater.

Established in 1854 and brewed in the exact same way for the last 157 years, this is a fantastic beer for the Lager lover. Very clean and fresh and very refreshing. Brilliantly balanced, lightly bitter and malty enough to make it a fantastic session beer.
