Mc Chouffe Dark Belgian Beer is perfect for those lovers of dark beer. It has a distinctive flavour, a dark ruby colour, and a fine creamy head to create a very unique beer. Characterised by its spicy aniseed and liquorice flavours but superbly complemented by full-bodied caramel note. Despite all, this beer is surprisingly smooth. It even reveals delicious fruity notes, especially pear, as well as a very slight hint of bitterness at the end of the palate. The story begins in the late 1970s, in the middle of the Vallée des Fées (the Valley of the Fairies), when two brothers-in-law, Pierre Gobron and Chris Bauweraerts decided to create their own beer in the garage belonging to Chris’ mother-in-law. With the little money they had at the time, they began what the brewery’s fans now call the “Chouffe Story”. The 1st brew of 49 litres was produced on 27 August 1982.

Westmalle Trappist Tripel (Case)

Westmalle Tripel is a clear, golden yellow colour Trappist beer. It undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle. A complex beer with a fruity aroma and a nice nuanced hop scent. It is soft and creamy in the mouth, with a bitter touch carried by the fruity aroma. An exceptional beer, with a great deal of finesse and elegance. And with a splendid long aftertaste. This beer has been brewed in the Westmalle abbey since 1934. The current brewing process has remained unchanged until 1956.

The Chimay Cinq Cents Triple has a typical golden colour with a slighty hazy appearance. The fine head is characterised by the aroma, resulting from a combination of fresh hops and yeast. This is complimented by a touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth. This top fermented Trappist beer, refermented in the bottle, is not pasteurised. Chimay is an authentic Trappist product. This means that it is brewed within the walls of a Trappist monastery, under the control and responsibility of the community of monks, who are involved through the process of making and marketing the beer. Most of the income generated by this activity is devoted to the needs of the community and social works.

Tooheys Old

Tooheys Extra Dry

Tooheys Extra Dry is Australia's fifth highest selling beer (Nielsen April 2010) and is well known for its clean, crisp taste. Its dry finish is achieved by an extended fermentation, ensuring minimal residual fermentable sugars. Wonderful fruity, malty notes accompany a mellow middle palate, leaving a clean aftertaste.

Coopers Mild Ale

Mild Ale is brewed with a selection of barley and wheat malt, and with no added sugar. This traditional brewing approach provides the smooth malt character which is balanced by a triple hopping with Pride of Ringwood and Saaz hops. The brew is fermented similarly to its stablemates Pale and Sparkling Ale, with the customary secondary fermentation in the bottle.
