A hybrid of Australian and American style Pale Ales, it has an indie rock feel - a full flavour alternative accessible to the mainstream. This Pale Ale is pale golden in colour with a slight haze. With aromas of passionfruit, mango and citrus fruits from the hops, flavour leans somewhat towards the hops over the malts and end in a smooth refreshing dry finish.

This American style IPA is layered with a range of mandarin flavour from a carefully selected malt & hop bill, and about 100 cold pressed mandarins blended with a concoction of orange peel liqueur (Cointreau). Brugse Zot Dubbel is a dark brown beer, inclinging towards ruby red. It is brewed with six special varieties of malt, which give the beer a rich and distrinctive aroma. One can discover the scent of honey, almonds, chocolate and even brown sugar. By using the Czech Saaz hop from Zatec, the beer has a complex pallet of roasted malts and a distrinctive flavour. Brugse Zot Dubbel is known to leave a warm glow in the mouth with a bitter and hoppy finish leanding towards liquorice and even coffee roast.Brugse Zot Dubbel can be paired with stews, different types of cheese and desserts prepared with bittersweet dark chocolate.

Brugse Zot Blond is a golden blond beer with a rich foam collar and a fruity yet spicy bouquet. The beer is brewed with four different kinds of malt and two aromatic varieties of hop which give the beer its inimitable taste. The palate is complex and tends towards a certain bitterness. Even hints of citrus can be discovered. Brugse Zot is a natural beer, born out of a selection of only the best ingredients. The refermentation in the bottle creates a longer natural preservability.When it comes to food pairing, the beer is at its best when combined with fish and crustaceans, beef or desserts with red fruits.

Inspired by long summer days in the garden (and perhaps a little too much swearing at the lawn mower), this beer has seen the aftermath of many a battle. Brewed using Simcoe, Citra & Mosaic hops, our After Battle Pale Ale has always been a tasty combination of citrus and tropical flavours, all whilst keeping the malt profile on the lighter side to let those hops shine through at a rather modest 5.2% ABV
