Kizakura started making beer back in 1995, using the same clear, pure water they've been using to make their sake. This unique Japanese style IPA has nose of mandarin with soft, malty undertones. Well-rounded, with a pleasant bitterness and a full body. Hiding beneath citrus notes, the refined flavour of Kyoto matcha continues gently to the finish.
