St Lucia Distillers Chairman's Reserve Finest St Lucia Rum
St Lucia Distillers is a small rum distillery situated in the scenically beautiful and agriculturally rich valley of Roseau on the Caribbean island of St Lucia. Rich dark golden amber colour. The pot still richness comes through on the nose with sweet honeyed fruit and spicy vanilla from the oak. The palate is balanced, with a mellow but complex mix of ripe raisin, tobacco and spice. The rum has a nice enjoyable finish.
Black Bart Spiced Rum
A moderate sweet molasses/vanilla palate with hints of well balanced spices of Cardamon, coriander, cinnamon, cloves with a slight infusion of citrus and anise. The rum is smooth, long and well balanced. Black Bart Spiced Rum is best served over ice but is equally delicious with your favouritre mixer.
Gosling's Black Seal Rum
Gosling's Black Seal Rum has a rich, intricate flavour, well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. Black Seal includes products of both pot stills, as used in fine Cognacs, and continuous stills, as used in grappa. One imparts flavour, the other yields a subtle elegance. Together they work wonders.
Dos Maderas 5+3 Double Aged Rum
Dividing the ageing process into two different stages makes Dos Maderas 5+3 a unique aged rum. This rum is first aged for 5 years in American oak casks at its place of origin in the Caribbean (Guyana and Barbados). Then it is shipped to Williams & Humberts installations in Jerez (Spain), where it is aged for another 3 years in casks that have previously held the internationally renowned Dos Cortados palo cortado sherry (aged for 20 years, as certified by the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Regulatory Council). This two-stage process produces old rum of unique characteristics, offering toasted aromas with hints of vanilla and nut. Serve it neat or with a few ice-cubes or as the main ingredient in select cocktails.
Dos Maderas PX 5+5 Rum
Dos Maderas PX 5 + 5 rum is made from a combination of rums from Barbados and Guyana. It is unique because of its triple ageing process where for 5 initial years the rum is aged in the Carribean in oak casks. Next PX 5 + 5 is aged in Spain for 5 years in sherry casks, and lastly for 2 more years in even older sherry casks. Sweet on the palate and very smooth
Husk Distillers North Coast Bar Series Spiced Bam Bam Rum
Australia's first spiced agricole rum. Designed to reflect the salty coastal rainforests of the North Coast of NSW, Spiced Bam Bam starts as a 3-4 year old barrel aged sipping rum. It is then infused with whole native & traditional botanicals including wattleseed, native ginger, citrus (mandarin & orange), cinnamon quills, Tahitian vanilla beans and sea salt. The result is a softly spiced rum that actually tastes like rum, perfect to sip on the rocks, mix with ginger or in any rum cocktail.
