Made from 100% Weber Blue Agave aged for 8-12 years and harvested at their peak. Don Julio Añejo spends more than the minimum requirement of 1 year on oak, and is normally aged between 18 months and two years before it reaches its optimum age and taste profile. KAH Tequila Blanco is a double distilled, un-aged Tequila made from 100% Blue Agave and bottled at 40% ABV. The design of the KAH Blanco bottle is inspired by the Bolivian tradition of the Day of the Dead celebration in which actual skulls of loved ones are kept and brought out on November 8th each year.

Don Julio Blanco Tequila is a true tequila connoisseurs blanco. It is bottled without being aged, but rather rested for a short time in containers to allow the spirit to settle and proudly delivers fresh agave characteristics. To make Curado, the distillery uses a blanco Tequila from the Highlands of Jalisco as a canvas, then they infuse the liquid with pieces of cooked Agave. At first the infusions only used Blue Agave from the state of Jalisco, but the project soon evolved to include other varieties of Agave from other regions of Mexico. They want to build bridges, not walls. Curado is an innovative product, full of subtle nuances, continuing to respect the Mexican tradition and culture. Now available in a 1 litre bottle, Jose Cuervo's iconic Reposado Tequila was the first ever Tequila made after José Maria Guadalupe de Cuervo was granted land by the King of Spain in 1758 to grow the now famous Agave plant. 'Cuervo' gets its colour and distinct flavour from extended time spent in quality American oak where flavours of orange peel and cinnamon are cultivated.
