Made by Rose Kentish from Ulithorne at Domaine de la Sangliere, on the south coast of Provence, near Toulon. Vineyard and Vinification are run under organic principals. Pale Salmon-pink hue, a blend of Cinsault and Grenache. Fresh grapefruit with a hint of Rose Petals and red fruits of Strawberries and a long, dry, fresh finish.

The design of this label is inspired by an optometrist’s eyechart and serves as a makeshift sobriety test. If you can hold the bottle at arm’s length and still read the front label, you can enjoy another glass. d'Arenberg The Stump Jump Grenache Mourvèdre Shiraz 2018 vintage has an array of dark, sweet and savoury notes, plum, dark cherry, game, earth and black pepper. The palate adds mulberry, raspberry with beautiful lifted spice and mineral grit. The fine, powdery, gritty tannins are fruit derived and lively, making for a long finish. There’s no shortage of flavour here.

This wine is the baby sister to Ulithornes Frux Frugis Shiraz. It is a wine that celebrates the elegance & intensity of flavours that old bush vine Shiraz can bring to the table. With spice & ripe cherries on the nose, driving length of blood plums and an elegantly weighted palate, the flavours are balanced with soft tannins. An example of old bush vines, thoughtful viticulture & a dedication to wine-making detail.

McLaren Vale and Shiraz - the perfect match. Steve Maglieri is the icon behind the Serafino name and his Shiraz is a typically wonderful full-flavoured and full-bodied red with the black and red fruits you can handle. A delicious mouthful of McLaren Vale Shiraz. Paxton has generous ripe black fruits, sweet spice, liquorice and rich chocolate flavours on the palate. Framed by savoury oak and silky fine tannins with a lengthy finish.

Pirramimma Shiraz is full-fruited and powerful, with sweet plum and mocha along with cinnamon notes and dark chocolate which are all typical regional characters of McLaren Vale.
