The wine is dark plum with lifted complex oak aroma. The palate has full flavour with rich berry fruit, warm, rich and intense. Upfront and splendidly appealing, the wine shows blackberry, sweet cherry, rich floral and vanillin oak notes, followed by a beautifully weighted palate that's plump and juicy, finishing lingering and silky. They are highly perfumed, with fine grained tannin profiles. La Petite Beauté is carefully nurtured from the vineyard to the bottle, gently basket-pressed, and ahed in French oak to preserve these beautiful characteristics. A rich and well balanced Shiraz. It has bright red and blue fruit characters that are complemented with layers of spice. The wine is well balanced with a fine lingering finish with savoury notes and florals.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is textured with layers of dark berry flavours, dark chocolate and spice notes. It has a creamy texture with firm, yet fine grained tannin profile. Well balanced with a long fine finish.

Stockyard takes its name from the 100+ year old stone ruin on our Farms vineyard. Originally a slaughterhouse, today it occupies a much more serene position overlooking rows of low-yielding Shiraz vines. Seductive aromas of blackberry, plum and liquorice with savoury white spice on the nose, the palate is rich and concentrated with dark fruit flavours. The spice carries through to the palate, backed by intensely powerful tannins and integrated oak characters from eighteen months maturation in new and one-year-old French and American hogsheads. This wine will benefit from careful cellaring for 5 years and beyond.

A superb example of classic Barossa Shiraz. Bold, full-flavoured and complex, it offers great depth and silky tannins. Magnificent drinking now but will reward medium-term cellaring.

Voyager Estate Shiraz is deep red in colour with an explosive nose of oak blackberries and spice that is succeeded by a rich flavoursome palate and some chewy tannins. Will improve wonderfully with time.
