Lisa McGuigan Silver Pinot Grigio
Pale straw colour, the aroma is floral notes of ripe, delicious apples, pears, and spice. A rich medium-bodied fruit driven style with citrus blossom and musk characters palate. The Pinot Grigio fruit was sourced from cool climate Victoria, a perfect part of Australia for growing this variety. The wine, being an aromatic varietal, was released as one of the first whites to be seen from the vintage.

Wangolina Moscato
In the glass: Bright pale lemon. Om the nose: Musk and fresh white grape fruit lift. On the palate: Sweetly fruity and muscaty, soft and juicy with lots of confectionary characters. A good all-rounder that's lovely served well chilled.
Kingston Estate Chardonnay
This elegant Chardy presents a pale lemon to light straw hue. Fragrances of white peach, stone fruit and creamy vanillin oak flow off the scintillating nose, seamlessly moving to the medium to full bodied palate. The palate contains peach and nectarine flavours that fuse with creamy oak undertones, leading to a zingy finale. It pairs well with creamy pastas, chicken and pork.

Patrick Sullivan Chardonnay Baw Baw Shire Made from the south-facing slope of Patrick Sullivans Bull Swamp vineyard. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed to a new 2000 litre oval vat. Fermentation takes place over 10 days with full malolactic fermentation following immediately after. We are a small team at Patrick of Coonawarra, making award winning wine from our estate grown vineyards within the Limestone Coast of South Australia. We produce product of passion, perseverance, people & place. TASTING NOTE: A blend of Coonawarra and Wrattonbully fruit, giving depth, complexity and a unique flavour. This fresh, tropical style is perfectly balanced with melon and passionfruit with a crisp citrus finish. An easy drinking style, perfect for any occasion WINEMAKER’S NOTE: This Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of our two vineyards within the Limestone Coast. The Coonawarra fruit brings great natural acidity and citrus freshness, whilst the Wrattonbully bring tropical fruit flavours. VINTAGE NOTE: 2022 was a strong vintage, with stable conditions and harvest starting a little later than recent years. The crop levels were moderate, with aslight frost in November reducing the white varieties significantly from previous years.The resultant wines are concentrated and intense with great fruit flavours.

This Sauvignon Blanc displays aromatic characters of fragrant lemon and peach. Vivid hints of elderflower are complemented by a subtle fruit acidity providing a crisp dry finish for instant enjoyment.
Two Blocks Pinot Noir
Tasting Note: This Pinot is a medium bodied, elegant example of what the cool climate of the Mount Gambier region can produce. The aroma has a dark cherry and raspberry lift with a touch of cedar. The palate is savoury and elegant, with subtle oak, fine tannin structure and hint of earthy spice on the finish. Winemaker’s Note: Grown in the limestone gravel soils of Mount Gambier, a region rich in volacnic history and home to the mysterious Blue Lake. Sourced from two blocks then cold soaked prior to fermentation. It spent 18 days on skins and then transferred to oak for 16 months, 10% new French. Vintage Note: 2022 was a strong vintage, with stable conditions and harvest starting a little later than recent years. This extended the growing season with a long and slow ripening period. The resultant wines are concentrated and intense with great fruit flavours and fine ripe tannins.
