The Limestone Coast has a climate well suited for growing Chardonnay, with warm summer days and plenty of sunshine allowing full fruit flavours to develop. This Sauvignon Blanc displays characters of fragrant lemon and white peach. Hints of elderflower are complemented by a subtle fruit acidity providing a crisp dry finish for instant enjoyment.
Elephant in the Room Chardonnay
Elephant in the Room Chardonnay is medium, deep straw yellow in colour with a highly expressive nose of ripe peach and melon aromas, struck match and notes of creamy oak. The palate is bold and upfront with a burst peach, guava and melon flavours with a rich and soft texture building to a mouthcoating and full back palate framed by subtle toasty oak. Fresh acidity gives balance before a soft dry finish.

Each wine is sourced from slow-ripening cool climate vineyards in the Limestone Coast of South Australia and partially matured in French Oak before final blending and bottling by Corey Ryan.
