Chain of Ponds Novello range of wines are made with a youthful, exciting and vibrant idea in mind and all three can be tasted in this crisp and refreshing white blend. Compromising of a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, the wine is a delicate blend of the lifted aromatics of the Sauv Blanc and wonderful texture and subtlety of the Semillon to lend itself to seafood matches wonderfully.

With ripe gooseberry and herbaceous flavours, this classic blend is fresh and vibrant, it's finish is refreshing crisp and clean.

Deep red with vibrant purple hues, this Cabernet has aromas of blackcurrant, cassis, and subtle spice. the palate is soft and generous, with excellent length. enjoy this wine with lamb, red meats and mature cheeses.

The Cullen Amber Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is the first Amber wine made from Cullen Wines. It is a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc coming from our certified Biodynamic vineyards. The idea behind this wine was to make a white wine like a red.

Riverside Landing Semillon Sauvignon Blanc from South Australia is a fresh, refreshing blend. It's rich with gooseberry and zesty citrus flavours and has a clean, crisp finish. Goes beautifully with salad, spicy food and chicken dishes.

From red clay soils this is a more generous take on Hunter Valley Semillon. Nicely textured with lime and lemon intensity, some zesty freshness, and a long finish and lifted herbaceous characters.
