Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque is one of the world's truly great elegant Champagnes. Named after the 'golden age' in France during the late 19th century, Belle Époque is still today bottled in the striking hand-painted bottle that is instantly recognisable the world over. A 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier, the strength of this prestige cuvée is in its finesse and elegance rather than power or fruit. Adding to this spectacular Champagne's aura of grace and class was the fact that is was personally chosen to be the Champagne poured at the Monaco wedding of HRH Prince Albert II of Monaco and Princess Charlene.

The House of Bollinger has been producing fine wines of Champagne since 1829. In the last 180 or so years they have built a reputation of the highest standard. Rich and subtle with a pleasant nose and flavours that come back begging you for more, this is one of the finest non vintage Rosé Champagnes.

The deep, blushed rouge of this firm, well-structured, mouth-filling vinous Rose is underpinned by a powerful bouquet of plums and blackberries, and the rich flavours of forest fruits, pomegranate and raspberries. This unique cuvýe is respectfully composed of the three champenois grape varieties - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Entirely vinified in oak, Sous Bois (under wood) totally masters the art of blending by renewing the ancestral spirit and savoir-faire of the original Champagnes. The nose contains defined aromatics of dry fruits and fresh citrus, coupled with finely buttered seductive notes that expresses the mature complexity linked to the vinification in oak barrels. The palate is bursting with flavours of grilled brioche, vanilla and toffee, complimenting the refreshing texture and exceptional finish.

With its distinctive yellow label, Veuve Clicquot is the enduring homage to the great Madame Barbe-Nicole Clicquot. Under Madame Clicquot's guidance, this famous Champagne house became a global phenomenon and a continued success story. A Champagne from the fuller-bodied school with flavours of buttered toast, brioche and biscuit to complement the ever present fine acidity and flavour length that is a trademark.

Champagne Duperrey Brut Rosé, hand-crafted by Christophe Rapeneau from fruit grown around the iconic Champagne town of Reims, is a truly attractive and sensuous sparkling rosé that lends itself to many occasions and food pairings. A wonderful lifted and vibrant strawberry colour in the glass paves the way for the nose which sees aromas of ripe cherry and a hint of apricot. In the mouth, this Champagne comes into its own with a smooth and creamy mousse complimented by a super fine bead. Flavours of raspberry and cherries come to the fore to produce a sparkling wine overflowing with charisma and class.

The distinctive, geologically complex terroir of Chavot and the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay in general is very different to the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims areas where our other growers are based, and the style of wine is creamier and with more fruit.

Consisting of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, this elegant rose has both power and style. Rich mouthfeel complemented by a lively line of acid that goes on and on and on.

The Taittinger Prestige Rose is a unique and complex blend. The signature Taittinger high proportion of Chardonnay (30%) brings elegance and delicacy to the blend, while a quantity of still red wine (15%) produced from the best Pinot Noirs from Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys is added to the final blend. It is this still red wine that gives the cuvee its unmistakable colour and vibrant intensity on the palate. The Prestige Rose can be described as lively, fruity, fresh and elegant.

The wine had an intense, full and radiant bouquet, with notes of honeysuckle, orange coloured fruits and hints of iodines sensations. The creamy chewiness characterising the vintage is channeled in a direction that is edgy yet embracing with a wave of aromatic persistence. Smokey, biting and full of energy finish balances it all out.
