Our No. 8 Dry Gin brings the next generation to a traditional palate. Juniper notes ring true from start to finish with whispers of delicate pine notes underpinning each taste. Made in small batches in Far North Queensland we take the pristine Daintree Rainforest water and distill it with a combination of local and traditional botanicals. The result is an elegant signature dry gin which reflects the natural environment with refreshing juniper notes and a lively citrus finish.

A small batch Australian gin distilled uniquely with Kangaroo Island native juniper (Myoporum insulare). Fashioned in the style of a London Dry, this contemporary expression contains fresh limes, mint as well as pink pepper, ginger, mace, cassia, and cardamom. Traditional vapour distilling maximises controlled quality of this award winning Australian spirit. Served as a G&T garnished with strawberries and lemon thyme.

Our Koala Gin was inspired by walks through the Australian bush. The fresh, crisp scent of eucalyptus evokes memories of exploring and marvelling amongst nature. As koalas would agree, eucalyptus makes for a refreshing and clean drink. And our Koala Gin is no exception. Traditional juniper berries are balanced with the tasting notes of the native lemon myrtle, marshmallow leaf, lime, cinnamon, and vanilla. Handcrafted in small batches at our distillery, Koala Gin perfectly complements a Sunday Sesh during a hot Aussie summer.

Its earliest origins date back to the Middle Ages, since then the drink has evolved from a herbal medicine to the classic Gin that remains so popular today. Gin derives its predominant flavour from juniper berries (which are full of antioxidants) with perfectly balanced botanicals – so we think this is just the tonic for those who need a rejuvenating drink at the end of a busy day. Serving Suggestions: To serve, fill two tumblers with ice, fill glasses evenly with Dr Onyx Just Gin, top with a quality tonic water (we recommend Fever Tree) and a squeeze of fresh lime, dropping the lime into the glass. Guvvos is Great Ocean Road's signaure gin. It is juniper forward and bursting with citrus. Guvvos is a local surf beach located outside Anglesea where the kelp featured in the gin is foraged. There are 24 botanicals in the gin, nine local to the Great Ocean Road. These include coast daisy, salt bush, hop wattle, pigface, kelp, indigenous eucalypts and a local honey. It is a clean bright luscious citrus gin with savoury ocean notes from the coastal ingredients. It has crisp clean juniper well balanced with a lovely hint of honey on the back palate.

This fresh bright contemporary dry gin features orange as its citrus base, giving a lovely orange aroma on the nose. Named after an illicit distillery in Aireys Inlet back in the late 1880's, this gin features four local botanicals - coast tea tree, riberries from the lillypilly tree, wild fennel and river mint. The local botanicals bring an earthiness and soft herbal finish, to complement the juniper and citrus.
