Made in small batches in Far North Queensland we take the pristine Daintree Rainforest water and distill it with a combination of local and traditional botanicals. The result is an elegant signature dry gin which reflects the natural environment with refreshing juniper notes and a lively citrus finish.

A small batch Australian gin distilled uniquely with Kangaroo Island native juniper (Myoporum insulare). Fashioned in the style of a London Dry, this contemporary expression contains fresh limes, mint as well as pink pepper, ginger, mace, cassia, and cardamom. Traditional vapour distilling maximises controlled quality of this award winning Australian spirit. Served as a G&T garnished with strawberries and lemon thyme.

Tasting note: Distilled in Eltham, Victoria. The herbal, potpourri-like bouquet mixes chamomile, juniper, lemon oregano and hints of bitter peel. Silky and accessible, medium weight with a medley of creamy juniper, pepper, liquorice root and citrus peel through the vibrant finish. Recommended in a Southside or Tom Collins. 41.7% Alc./Vol.
