While our whiskies aim to transport you to the backwoods of Yackandandah, our gin invites you to take a walk in the Victorian High Country.To create this gin we apply two distillation methods. We macerate and boil the traditional botanicals while using the vapour-infused method for the Australian botanicals. This helps to balance a traditional gin base with the intensity of local botanical flavours. This unique Australian gin was recently recognised on the world stage, receiving a silver medal at the prestigious London Spirits Competition 2021.
