Four Pillars Olive Gin
Four Pillars sourced olive leaf and olive oil from Cobram Estate, in northern Victoria after visiting Cobram Estate during olive harvest. Using olive leaf and oil from the Picual, Hojiblanca and Coratina varieties. The aroma, flavour and texture of fresh olive is stunning, and they did a year of trials before finalising the recipe for this gin.The botanicals include a big base of juniper with a savoury overlay of coriander seed, rosemary, olive leaf, olive oil, bay leaf, lemon myrtle, macadamia, orris root, and fresh lemon and grapefruit. Fresh ingredients were vapour infused while the others macerated in the pot. This gin is savoury, textural and bright. Perfect for any Martini Gibson, dirty, or dry with a twist. For a longer drink try it in a Spanish-inspired gin & tonic, with rosemary and lemon!

Sunshine & Sons Pineapple Parfait Gin
A contemporary tropical fruit salad gin packed with flavour that tastes like a holiday. Opened with much fanfare and many wide-eyed guests on the 15th August 1971, our iconic Big Pineapple is testament to the magic of big dreams and a bit of fiber glass. What a sight it was, (and still is) to see! This delicious sub-tropical fruit salad gin celebrates that day and the Sunshine Coasts most loved tourist attraction. Pineapple, passionfruit, strawberry, mango, vanilla and coconut combine to make a surprising, delightful and evocative gin. Pot Distilled in the hinterland rainforest, Sunshine & Sons Pineapple Parfait Gin has all of the aromas of the 1970's Big Pineapple Parfait Desert; Pineapple, strawberry, passionfruit and coconut with a smooth crème Brule feel of vanilla tapered lift. On the palate it is very pretty, aromatic and bursting with tropical fruits. Soft, perfumed, very textured, silky, jelly like structure, powerful Sunshine Coast flavours with floating fusions of Pineapple and passionfruit. Mid and end palate are also alive and very dynamic from the engineering balance of the fresh and dried botanicals. Sunshine & Sons Pineapple Parfait Gin is also Gluten Free.
Kangaroo Island Spirits Wild Gin
A small batch Australian gin distilled uniquely with Kangaroo Island native juniper (Myoporum insulare). Fashioned in the style of a London Dry, this contemporary expression contains fresh limes, mint as well as pink pepper, ginger, mace, cassia, and cardamom. Traditional vapour distilling maximises controlled quality of this award winning Australian spirit. Served as a G&T garnished with strawberries and lemon thyme.
Kangaroo Island Spirits Mulberry Gin
A premium seasonal gin made in the style of English sloe gin, supplanting handpicked local Mulberries in the place of the traditional sloes. Local mulberries are steeped in the gin, then pressed by hand; final steps include light filtering before bottling. Naturally sweet, rich and smooth mulberry flavours distinguish this elegant gin. Served with fresh lemon juice, soda/bitter lemon and garnished with fresh berries, mint or basil.

Backwoods High Country Gin
While our whiskies aim to transport you to the backwoods of Yackandandah, our gin invites you to take a walk in the Victorian High Country.To create this gin we apply two distillation methods. We macerate and boil the traditional botanicals while using the vapour-infused method for the Australian botanicals. This helps to balance a traditional gin base with the intensity of local botanical flavours. This unique Australian gin was recently recognised on the world stage, receiving a silver medal at the prestigious London Spirits Competition 2021. We serve it with a dry tonic or soda, a sprig of rosemary and a sprinkle of juniper berries. We'd love to hear how you enjoy it too!
