Pot Distilled in the hinterland rainforest, Sunshine & Sons Pineapple Parfait Gin has all of the aromas of the 1970's Big Pineapple Parfait Desert; Pineapple, strawberry, passionfruit and coconut with a smooth crème Brule feel of vanilla tapered lift. On the palate it is very pretty, aromatic and bursting with tropical fruits. Soft, perfumed, very textured, silky, jelly like structure, powerful Sunshine Coast flavours with floating fusions of Pineapple and passionfruit. Turkish Delight is a famous middle eastern dessert that has provided the inspiration for this unique Gin. Rose Petals are vapour infused to collect rose water, the core ingredient of the traditional treat. Taking this to the next level of flavour Juniper has been combined with a complimentary group of botanicals, to provide a spiced warmth and an elegant finish. Finally, hibiscus is infused to complete the flavour balance and develop the brilliant colour to this show-stopping drop of Gin.
