Pot Distilled in the hinterland rainforest, Sunshine & Sons Pineapple Parfait Gin has all of the aromas of the 1970's Big Pineapple Parfait Desert; Pineapple, strawberry, passionfruit and coconut with a smooth crème Brule feel of vanilla tapered lift. On the palate it is very pretty, aromatic and bursting with tropical fruits. Soft, perfumed, very textured, silky, jelly like structure, powerful Sunshine Coast flavours with floating fusions of Pineapple and passionfruit. We macerate and boil the traditional botanicals while using the vapour-infused method for the Australian botanicals. This helps to balance a traditional gin base with the intensity of local botanical flavours. This unique Australian gin was recently recognised on the world stage, receiving a silver medal at the prestigious London Spirits Competition 2021.
