Vintage 2021 Region Hunter/Hilltops, NSW. This year's wine is inspired by the classic Alsatian white wines of France, wines that are fruit driven and often a sweet touch. Semillon from the Hunter Valley is a distinctive and unique wine. Pale, vibrant and light bodied when young and with bottle age developing incredible texture, richness and complexity.
