Fraser Gallop Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is partially barrel fermented combining the strengths of Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc to deliver an aromatic wine of strong citrus & grassy characters, tropical fruits, complexity and wonderful balance. It comes from the talented hands of Clive Otto.

The nose is vibrant with lifted aromas of spring and summer red fruits; raspberries, strawberries, cherries with hints of rose petal and Turkish delight. The palate is rich with flavours of maraschino cherries, balanced with delicate hints of rose water. The natural fruit sweetness of this wine is balanced by a lively mineral acidity and a dash of savoury spice. Early ripening Shiraz on sandy loam from our most Northern site. Harvested at a lower Baume to create a light pretty style with natural acidity. Harvested in the cool of the night. The grapes were crushed and held on skins until the ideal colour extraction had been achieved before being lightly pressed under inert conditions. Fermented in stainless steel vessels. Yeast strains that promote the natural berry characters were selected. Cool fermentation temperatures. The final blend was given a light fining before being filtered and prepared for bottling.

A beautifully modern Rosé made in the dry Euro style making it a great drink either with or without food. Pale pink with an onion skin hue. Cherry, cranberry, white strawberry, rhubarb and white pepper. Flavoursome yet fine with a mouth-watering mix of tart red fruit and attractive peppery spice, vibrant acidity and a savoury, chalky finish.

Strawberries and cream combine with ripe watermelon and zesty pink grapefruit to deliver this medium-bodied fresh Rose. Lively and fruit driven, finishing refreshingly dry.

Our 2024 Rose is a traditional style Rose. Fruit is picked and pressed with minimal skin contact to deliver a pale rose which displays a mix of light and fresh red fruit characters of Margaret River Shiraz. Fermentation followed by a brief period of time on lees has delivered a perfect summer style drink.

The 2025 Mount Trio Sangiovese Rose from Geographe is a true testament to the terroir of Western Australia. This delicate and elegant wine boasts a beautiful pale salmon pink hue, reminiscent of a summer sunset. On the nose, aromas of freshly picked strawberries and ripe watermelon dance with delicate hints of rose petals and a subtle minerality. The palate is a perfect balance of bright acidity and juicy fruit flavors, with notes of red cherries, cranberries and a touch of citrus. The finish is long and refreshing, leaving a lingering sensation of summer fruits and a light floral essence.
