Tyrrells Special Release Fiano

The Italian grape, Fiano, is one of Australia's key alternate grape varieties. It is perfectly suited to the climate of the Hunter Valley. An unwooded style, the wine has intense varietal characteristics with aromas of pear and spice. The palate is perfectly balanced between fruit intensity and textural elements from the solids ferment, with a brisk acidity. A food friendly wine ready for immediate enjoyment. A rising star of the Hunter.

Bimbadgen Estate Semillon

Bimbadgen Estate Semillon is light bodied with trademark lemon, citrus notes. High acid will ensure longevity in the bottle. A great Hunter valley style.

Boydell's Chardonnay

Subtle white peach and ginger aromas. Clean, dry and fresh with good citrussy fruit intensity and stonefruit depth in a youthful and spicy frame with good development potential.

Scarborough Yellow Label Chardonnay

Scarborough Yellow Label Chardonnay is sourced from fruit grown on the winery's rich Terra Rossa soil. This helps produce a Chardonnay that is rich and mouth filling with creamy, buttery flavours. Having being left of lees for a minimum of 12 month and going through 100% Malo fermentation, this Hunter Valley Chardonnay is one for those who love an 'old-school' Chardonnay.

Hungerford Hill Dalwood Vineyard Hunter Valley Chardonnay

From a historic vineyard on the banks of the Hunter River, widely regarded as the birthplace of Hunter Valley wine. The 2021 lures you in with spicy pineapple, peach and green mango aromas. A melding of tangy lemon and cashew nut flavours fill the palate, with crisp acidity giving a refreshing finish. Richness without high alcohol. "Hand picked, fermented wild and embellished with just the right amount of oak and lees, assuaging, appeasing, augmenting and corralling the beam of stone fruits, nougat and toasted nuts. Exceptional craftsmanship behind this... 94pts" (Ned Goodwin MW, Halliday Wien Companion).

Hungerford Hill Semillon

Made in the classic Hunter Valley style, Hungerford Hill Semillon offers aromas of herbal, citrus and lemon. Wonderful line of acid and complexity running through the entire length of this wine.

Margan Fordwich Hill Semillon

Hunter Valley Semillon is lean and racy in its youth but develops texture and complexity with age. It also will reflect the origins of where it is grown. This one is planted on the dolerite soils of the Fordwich Sill which leaves its footprint by way of a richer and softer wine with more palate weight in its youth, as opposed to Semillon grown on grey clay or alluvial soils.

Leogate Estate Black Cluster Semillon

The Army Block Semillon is an isolated parcel from the renowned Black Cluster Vineyard and handpicked to minimise skin contact and preserve the fresh, delicate flavours of the variety. The palate displays an elegant mineral line with refreshing and crisp pine/lime flavours. Excellent whilst young or will develop very rewarding toasty, honey characters with careful long-term cellaring up to 10 years.

Macquariedale Organic Wines Chardonnay

These Chardonnay grapes were grown using sustainable organic practices. The 2017 vintage had a cool year start with a very hot finish allowing the grapes to ripen with lots of flavour and natural acidity. The harvest produced quite small berries which resulted in very intense flavours. About 30% of the wine was matured in oak barrels for up to 4 months and then blended with the balance of the batch.
