John makes classic Australian styles from carefully selected vineyards with an emphasis on purity and site reflection, as well as German-inspired expressions that balance acidity and sugar with singular precision.

Pewsey Vale Vineyard Lighter Riesling 9% is a fun twist on Eden Valley. Fresh and zesty. Made in a lighter style where the grapes are harvested as the first ripe flavours develop. Cooler fermentation contributes to its freshness and ultimately its lower alcohol style. Delivering flavours reminiscent of Meyer lemons, kaffir lime leaves and good times.

This enticing Spring Hill Pinot Gris from Irvine Wines features a pale straw colour. The attractive bouquet exhibits mesmerising scents of pear, honeysuckle and crème anglaise. The textured palate contains elegant flavours of vanilla and pear, balanced by mineral notes. These lovely characters culminate the wine in a soft and supple finale. This great white wine tastes amazing with grilled scallops, chicken Caesar salad, and salmon.
