Just over 20 years ago, Claymore Wines was humbly established with small volumes of Grenache and Riesling from a single vineyard in Penwortham. Since then, the estate has grown to include additional varietals and 44 hectares across three additional vineyards in Watervale.

Rhythm Stick Wines are artisan Riesling producers that have a single minded approach to making terroir driven Rieslings from the heart Australia's most celebrated Riesling region, the Clare Valley. Their Red Robin Riesling is made by Clare Valley icon, Tim Adams, and is simply bursting with freshness and vitality. Slices of citrus and floral notes abound on the nose of the 2019 Scimitar Single Vineyard Clare Valley Riesling complimenting a palate of lingering fresh lime and lemon flavours and finely balanced acid.

Its one of the worlds greatest white wine varieties because its light, fresh and easy drinking.The palate is driven by a line of beautiful, minerally acid and slightly sweet, fruit focused finish.

It has now started to emerge from its initial straight jacketed steely tightness, opening up with glorious ripe pear and lemon flavours with hints of ripe rock melon that linger on the palate with a long, dry & refreshing finish.

Grosset Springvale Riesling from the Clare Valley sub-region of Watervale, takes its name from the Springvale Road vineyard located in the highest part of Watervale. Jeff Grosset's six hectare vineyard produces a wine full of ethereal aromatics, fragrant lemongrass and freshly squeezed lime. Pure lemon flavours over wet pebbles show on the palate that is accented by the wonderful minerality that is the signature of Grosset.
