This great Clare Valley Riesling opens with lavender, pear and talc aromas. Juicy fruit continues on the palate adding some bruised apple, refreshing acidity, viscosity and mid palate weight. Ideal as an aperitif, with spicy cuisine or with most seafood dishes.

Aromas of freshly cut green apple blend with fennel and vanilla on a complex but restrained nose. The palate bursts with flavours of lime juice and white blossoms.
