The Philip Shaw No.11 Chardonnay is produced from high altitude vineyards in a region firmly claiming its rightful place at the table of great Chardonnay regions, Orange of NSW. Punt e Mes is an Italian vermouth, dark brown in color and has a bitter flavour. Punt e Mes literally means "point and a half" in Piedmontese, referring to the flavor being characterised as one point of sweetness and half a point of bitterness. It can be used as a substitute for regular rosso vermouth in drinks such as the Manhattan. Punt e Mes has a strong, distinctive flavour, half-way between regular rosso vermouth and Campari.

Oscar·697 Bianco has a strong notes of Bergamot, Yarrow Muscat and Elderflower. It is 16% ABV, while the sugar level is kept relatively low at 14% to ensure the final product is drier and more bitter than other labels.
