Select parcels of premium McLaren Vale Shiraz were chosen from 4 different vineyards for this wine, each being crushed separately. Following extended barrel fermentation over 18 months, the four parcels were blended to create this superb wine.

Driven by our natural organic passion and raison dêtre, this super-premium NASAA Certified Organic and Biodynamically grown wine is specially made Preservative Free and Vegan. A deep red colour, with a soft ruby hue. Aromas of dense, intense spice and black pepper, with hints of blackberries, herald the rich, deep black fruits and berry flavours that fill the palate. Balanced and supple fine-grained tannins complement the fine acid structure lending a persistence and beguiling complexity.

The G.A.M. is deep purple, the nose is an intense combination of smoked herbs, liquorice and blackcurrants leading to a full bodied palate with notes of cassis and cracked pepper. Produced from one of Australia's premier Shiraz growing regions, McLaren Vale, comes Woodstock Shiraz. A big, richly flavoured Shiraz with spice and red berry fruit flavours. Sweet, ripe tannins and a complex acid structure gives the wine brilliant concentration and complexity. A perfect medium term cellaring option.

Made by Corrina Wright, a sixth generation member of the Oliver family, this is McLaren Vale Shiraz to the extreme. There's bold chocolate and blackberry flavours, a hint of pepper and smokey overtones. The alcohol sits at the higher end of the spectrum and there's plenty of vanilla oak, but the fruit intensity pulls it all together to produce a superbly balanced wine.
