Longview Yakka Shiraz is a fantastic cool climate Shiraz from the hinterlands above Adelaide, great length, fruit intensity and mouth feel.

The Wild Pixie by d'Arenberg has an unmistakeable connection with the earth from which it emerged, and is the perfect accompaniment to a rustic BBQ cooked over a glowing camp fire on a cold starry night. The flavours and aromas of earth, soot and game perfectly complement the setting. Primary blackberry and mulberry notes appear as the Shiraz develops in the glass. A generous warm wine with an abundance of savoury and dark fruits, completed by a fine emery like tannin trailing to subtle wood spice and vanilla notes.

Leeuwin's Art Label Shiraz has quickly established itself as one of Margaret River's best examples of the variety. Aromas of pepper and dark berry fruit are followed by a palate of length and class.

Colour is deep red. The nose shows aniseed, tar, FruChocs and spicy oak. The fine palate entry has mulberry, cranberry, aniseed and liquorice flowing delicately with Rhone-like spicy, chewy, savoury tannins.

Two Hands is a winery that rarely puts a foot wrong, and the 'Gnarly Dudes' is no exception. The Gnarly refers to the gnarled old Shiraz vines this wine comes from. The nose jumps immediately out of the glass with hints of Asian spice, blackcurrant, rasberry, black pepper, anise and the slightest waft of perfumed violets. The palate gives up a generous hit of black cherry and liquorice. With great complexity, heavy tannins and a brilliant long length, this is a wine that will greatly reward a few years in the cellar.

Berry rich and intense formed with oaks. Sorby Adams Neptune Rings is a premium red wine range of signature Barossa grape varieties sourced from the region's finest soils. This collection honors our ancestor, John Couch Adams, who, along with fellow mathematicians, proved the existence of the planet Neptune in the 1840s. His name is immortalized in one of Neptune's five rings. Le Verrier is another ring of Neptune and a wine that proudly showcases all the characteristics of a fine Barossa Shiraz. This deep red wine has a ruby hue and offers aromas of blackcurrant and spiced plum, complemented by notes of chocolate and vanilla. On the palate, it exemplifies classic Barossa Shiraz, featuring dark berries, mocha, and a hint of smoky tobacco, all seamlessly balanced for a long finish. The wine has been matured in French oak hogsheads (30% new) for 24 months, using 4-year air-dried wood sourced from Francois Frere and Taransaud Coopers. The grapes come from the East Angaston district (Eden Valley) and the Ebenezer area (Barossa Valley). Sealed with a DIAM cork, this wine is enjoyable now and has the potential to age gracefully until 2035.

It has been matured for 18 months in French oak hogsheads (30% new), coopered using 4-year air-dried wood by Francois Frere and Taransaud Coopers. The grapes are sourced from the multi-generational Riebke family vineyard in the Ebenezer district of Barossa. This wine is enjoyable now and has the potential to age beautifully until 2033.
