A relatively new addition to the Wynns stable to compliment the Coonawarra Cabernet Shiraz Merlot and the Coonawarra Shiraz, The Siding Cabernet Sauvignon brings lovely varietal and regional character in a Cabernet that is approachable on release, but also benefits from a few years in the medium term cellar. According to chief winemaker, Sue Hodder, The Siding Cabernet Sauvignon aims to deliver a leading affordable Cabernet that showcases exceptional varietal and region characteristics of red cherry, mint and dark berry flavours, while an array of gentle tannins will further reward from short to medium term cellaring.

Chapel Hill's Michael Fragos loves using the Parsons label to showcase McLaren Vale's diversity and varietal character. To achieve the desired style and to harness the regal varietal flavours of Cabernet Sauvignon, the grapes are strategically harvested to avoid any green tannins or overripe jammy fruit flavours. The Reserve Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon has an impenetrable black colour; it is very fragrant with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, fresh tobacco and sweet pepper. The palate is intense and concentrated with a fine structure showing abundant blackberry, cassis, minerals and light toasty oak notes that combine to give a long persistent finish

This Cabernet Sauvignon will impress, with impenetrable mauve and violet hues, it has intense aromas of red berries, sweet blackberry jam, a touch of vanillin oak and Eucalypt characters. Subtle fine velvet tannins marry perfectly with the intense, concentrated palate of ripe blackberries, blackcurrant and well integrated oak to create complexity and depth that persists to a long, flavorsome finish.

This Grant Burge Barossa Ink Cabernet Sauvignon is intensely deep red with purple hues. The bouquet is rich with blackcurrant, mint and dark chocolate. The textural palate has fine tanning, and excellent persistence with intense chocolate and berry flavours. A deeply coloured wine with great depth and varietal definition. This wine has been carefully blended with vibrant, flavour packed parcels of premium Barossa wine to create a Cabernet Sauvignon so bold and dark in colour, it's almost ink.

The Riddoch Coonawarra Chardonnay is a fresh, crisp and dry chardonnay with a delicate melon and green apple fruit flavours with a soft creamy taste with balanced acids.

Nose: Dark berries & spice notes and vanillin oak aromas. Palate: Shows dark fruits, chocolate and spice aromas, enhanced by cedar and vanilla notes. Spends 12 months in French oak.
