The nose is powerfully reminiscent of fresh fruits with dominant notes of citrus and exotic fruits, followed by a touch of jasmine, white peaches and pink peppercorns. A perfect champagne for aperitifs, particularly in spring and summer. It is an excellent complement to seafood and shellfish; perfect with a sea bass or bream tartare. Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque is known throughout the world not only for their classic, complex and artisan sparkling wine, but also the magnificent artwork on each of the Belle Époque bottles. The wine is a blend of 43% Chardonnay, 42% Pinot noir, and 15% Pinot Meunier with 12% reserve wines of an average age of 2 years. Malolactic fermentation is avoided to retain the vibrant, dry acidity that gives freshness to the Champagne. The wine is aged on yeast for 4 years prior to disgorgement and release. LARMANDIER-BERNIER Rose de Saignee Premier Cru, Champagne

Elegant, with colour changing naturally from a pretty raspberry hue to salmon-pink. A precise nose of extraordinary freshness and a wide range of red fruits: raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry, black cherry. A fresh and sharp attack for this supple and rounded wine. On the palate, it offers the sensation of plunging into a basket of freshly picked red berries. Pinot Noir from 10 different crus located mainly in the South and North areas of the Montagne de Reims including the famous Côte de Bouzy. Notably from the finest crus of Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Tours-sur-Marne. The grapes from carefully selected plots are sorted and destemmed before vatting. The maceration lasting from 48h to 72h depending on the harvest helps the extraction of the colour and the development of the full aromatic richness of the Pinot Noir, with 5 years minimum ageing.

NV Billecart Salmon Brut Reserve, A satiny white mousse sits well over a straw pale gold tinged base that’s finely threaded by a steady stream of delicate bubbles. Strong yeasty baked bread characters intermingle with oily toast, cashew, citrusy honey and brioche notes. Rich yet tense and tightly knit on the finish the palate features mouthwatering flavours of baked bread, citrus, oily toast like characters and yeast lees with some roasted almonds on the dry crisp finish. Long precise aftertaste that has a lingering subtle dried nut element to it. A very dry and focused Champagne that requires some patience.
