Created to capture as purely as possible the essence of the Australian summer garden, this is the original Garden Grown Gin by Grown Spirits. The French perfumers' time-honoured technique of enfleurage is used to extract the delicate scent and flavour from the hero botanical Murraya. It, along with Chamomile, Sage, Rose, Angelica, Orris Root and of course Juniper bring this floral gin alive. On the nose, there are hints of jasmine, sweet honeysuckle and orange blossom.

A delicate, contemporary dry gin with a burst of citrus from blood orange, ruby red grapefruit and Australian native lemon myrtle leaf, balancing spice of wormwood, pink peppercorns and ginger for warmth. Herbal juniper notes lengthened by green tea, with smooth, sweet vanilla adding mouth-feel and lavender bouquet to finish. This fruity pink gin with its all natural raspberry infused pink hue has been handcrafted for pure tastebud delight. The palate is balanced with soft raspberry notes, leading to a dry earthy finish from the Native Limes and Blood Orange.

Tidal Lines is made from the classic Headlands Distilling Company gin recipe and then infused with native Illawarra Plums over a ~12 month time frame.This gin combines flavours of fresh juniper, rainforest lime, Illawarra Plum, cinnamon, angelica root, orris root and many others!

Besides the Juniper, my aim with this Gin was to only use Tasmanian native botanicals. I discovered some very impressive native berries, leaves and seeds however they could only be wild harvested which meant I could not get enough quantity to make it practical enough for an ongoing production. I have still been able to use some Tasmanian native botanicals however I have now broadened the list to only Australian native botanicals (plus the Juniper). The use of 6 Native Australian botanicals with 3 of them never used before in any other Gin is found in this Gin.All of the botanicals are vapor infused which is a technique not used too often with Australian Gins. Vapor infusion (as opposed to steeped) will give the Gin a much more delicate and subtle bouquet. The Gin was designed to have a Beautiful smell. There will be delicate petal and citrus aromas with a hint of freshly cut hay.

The natural sweetness of these casks complements the savoury charisma of the spirit, revealing fresh herbs, shortbread biscuits, raisins, toffee and dark chocolate on the nose. Meanwhile, the palate is luscious with well-integrated flavours of sticky date pudding and amaretto with a final note of espresso.

In many ways Bundaberg's O.P. is similar to the Underproof, but delivers an extra degree of intensity at all levels.
