Nikka Days Whisky

Akashi Toji White Oak Whisky

Akashi whisky is the only whisky in the world that is made by a Toji (grand-master in the art of sake making) by introducing sake-making methodologies into the whisky making process. The pot stil used is smaller than those used by both Scottish and other Japanese distilleries, which in turn, decreases the levels of fusel alcohol. As a result, Akashi whisky does not require as long of an aging process, while its core malt (cask strength) is smooth and delicate. Notes of pepper and vanilla are complimented by a palate of honey, chocolate, oak and dried fruits.

Nikka Coffey Grain Whisky

A unique Japanese whisky showing enticing aromas of sweet exotic fruit, ripe pear, cherry, citrus notes and subtle floral scents. Intense sweet fruity flavours of pear and apricot nectar and caramelized papaya. Finishes sweet with bourbon vanilla. The Coffey Still is the worlds first patented continuous still invented by Mr. Aeneas Coffey in 1830. Masataka Taketsuru valued the feature of this type of still, which retains the flavours of ingredients and also creates a distinctive texture. Complex, sweet and mellow flavours in Nikka Coffey invites you back to beauties of grain whisky.

Mars Maltage Cosmo Japanese Whisky

Kamiki Sakura Wood Japanese Malt Whisky

Kamiki is a new expression of premium Japanese style whisky blessed by Omiwa priests from Nara. To celebrate the timeless alcohol tradition of the region, rare Japanese malt whiskies and finest malt whiskies sourced from rest of the world are blended and later fused with the highest quality pure spring water. Aged in Sakura casks at the final stage after it is rested in Yoshino-Sugi casks. This two-step cask finish brings the essence Yoshino Sugi and Sakura wood with a distinct warming woodiness that reminds Nara forests with sandalwood and gentle spice, before sweet cherries notes. Nose: Cherry candy with ripe banana, chestnuts, and cinnamon on the nose. Palate: Woodiness, sandalwood and gentle spice, before sweet Sakura pedals. Finish: Spicy cherry with savory notes, leading to a floral, spring-like finish.

The yuzu flavour is tart and fragrant, resembling that of the lemon and grapefruit, with overtones of mandarin orange.

Nagahama Roman Blended Japanese Whisky

Refreshing aroma reminiscent of the richness of chocolate, orange peel and tropical fruits and pleasant herbs. Tenderness like white peach, cotton candy and caramel, while maintaining the rich sweetness and freshness. Long finish and lingering gentle taste.Nagahama Distillery founded in 2016 is the smallest distillery in Japan, so their own whisky is not reserved sufficiently yet. Therefore, they have been importing whisky from Scotland, where their master blender thoroughly studied about whisky production before the distillery’s foundation. The master blender selected whisky carefully, visiting various distilleries in Scotland. He blended and matured the whisky at Nagahama Distillery.
