Our Sauvignon blanc grapes are harvested from the Alpine Valley in the cool of the night to preserve the delicate fruit aromas and flavours. Bursting with rich fruit notes of passionfruit, gooseberry and citrus balanced with crisp acidity.The fruit was gently crushed and pressed and after settling and racking the juice was fermented using a number of yeast strains to promote flavour and structure. This wine is a light bodied dry white and we recommend that it should be served between 7 and 11 degrees.
