Ghost Rock Bondale Pinot Noir

Each vintage, Justin and the team at Ghost Rock Estate blind taste each of their vineyards separately to see which sites have produced the quality needed to be bottled as a standalone wine — since the inception of the single vineyard wines, Bondale has not missed a vintage, speaking to the quality that this site produces year in, year out. This is the estates highest and most sun-exposed site, allowing for the perfect development of flavour, while cooling sea breezes extend the growing season and ensure layers of complexity and freshness in the resulting wine.

This mixed lineup of celebration wines is the rosé, which crowns any festivity with its allure. A must-have on the party table, the rosé compliments the Feire and Feiern sparkling wines and embodies the epitome of elegance and delight. Crafted using the french Saignee method (draining juice off skins) and cold fermention, which results in an irresistable wine that is as visually appealing as it is flavourful. The rosé's vibrant pink hue captures the eye and sets the tone for enjoyment. Its versatility is unparalleled—it pleases crowds and pairs beautifully with a wide array of foods, making it a seamless addition to any celebratory spread. Whether enjoyed alongside hors d'oeuvres, seafood, or as a crisp and refreshing standalone tipple, the rosé coupled with the Feire and Feiern promises a delightful experience that enhances the conviviality of any occasion.

Ghost Rock Sacrifice Pinot Noir

Although borderline inaccessible by road, Tassie's scarcely-touched Cradle Coast continues to produce stunning Tasmanian pinot noir. Medium bodied, complex red and black fruit, slight earthy notes and a long, classy finish. Sounds like Tassie to us! Bruised raspberry, black cherry, warming spice and a subtle, but ever-present, touch of oak. Yep, this is Tassie pinot through and through. From Tasmania's wild and untamed Cradle Coast, the refined beauty of this wine seems incongruous with its place of origin. That is, of course, until you look a little deeper. There's a subtle gnarliness underpinning every aspect of this wine, like a boxer with a pretty face. Just because something's completely gorgeous, doesn't mean it can't pack a punch.
