Paringa Estate's The Paringa Shiraz is a multi-trophy winning wine that has been carefully selected from barrels prior to bottling due to the stand-out quality that was easily identifiable. Sourced from Lindsay McCall's estate, this Shiraz is almost eternal in flavour length and intensity. Flavours of plum, raspberry, redcurrant are accompanied by black pepper, anise and vanilla. Fine grained and in balance tannins complement the extraordinary fruit weight to deliver a wine that will reward careful cellaring.
Seppelt St Peters Shiraz
First released in 1964 as the Great Western Hermitage, this descendant of the legendary wine shows dark berry fruit, spice and oak on the nose, while there's spice, chocolate, dark berry fruit and a touch of oak on the medium-bodied palate, finishing with fine, long tannins. The extra bottle age is evident but there's still plenty of life left. Deep crimson-purple; aromatic red and black fruit nuances on the bouquet lead into a gently spicy medium-bodied palate, which has true elegance and harmony. Chateau Tanunda 50 Year Old Vines Shiraz

Deep red in colour, The Brunette opens up with aromas of aniseed and spicy oak. Expect a palate full of red berries backed up by aniseed and liquorice. 'From a single vineyard in the Moppa district, a striking shiraz with deep, bright purple-red colour and youthful, undeveloped cherry aromas. Kalleske Eduard Shiraz
Kalleske are leaders in organic and biodynamic vine growing and winemaking practices. Their old vine Barossa vineyards are able to produce fruit of the utmost concentration and power. The Eduard is sourced from three dry-grown vineyard blocks that were planted between 1905 and 1960 and which produce extremely low yields. Named after Karl Heinrich 'Eduard' Kalleske who worked the Kalleske vineyards from 1853 until the 1880s. Showing an intense, powerful and full-bodied nose and palate exhibiting dense classic Barossa old vine Shiraz characters. Inky black fruit flavours abound together with harmonized tannins, subtle oak complexity a sturdy structure and great length.

Tyrrells Winemakers Selection Vat 9 Shiraz
The fruit for the 2016 Vat 9 Shiraz was sourced from Tyrrells super premium vineyards on the Ashmans property with an average vine age of 50 years. Predominately from the Weinkeller and Short Flat vineyards. Winemaking The blocks were all hand picked and sorted in the vineyard before arriving at the winery. All the fruit was then destemmed but not crushed, followed by fermentation in traditional open top concrete vats. After fermentation the wiens were matured in newer 2700L French oak casks for ten months.
Te Mata Estate Bullnose Syrah
Displaying a deep magenta colour, this Bullnose Syrah gives off lifted fragrances of violets, allspice, berry fruit and dark star anise from its nose. The ripe and fruity palate contains flavours of cherry, espresso and raspberry that mesh harmoniously with the smooth and velvety tannins to produce a dazzling, fresh and easy drinking wine. Slow roasted BBQ pork, smoked seitan steaks and spicy Asian dishes are some great accompaniments to this mouth-watering Syrah.
