Founded more than 150 years ago, Yeringberg is both a pioneer and enduring icon of the Yarra Valley. This effortlessly restrained Cabernet blend is the estates flagship red, and has won the trophy for Best Cabernet Sauvignon at the Yarra Valley Wine Show for the past three out of four vintages. Its complex yet pure, from blood plums, violets and cassis to cigars, tapenade and Christmas cake. Its serious yet seamlessly structured. This beauty will be sitting pretty for 20 years.

The grapes used to manufacture The Philip Adrian Cabernet Sauvignon were picked, sorted, and cold soaked in a small fermenter, before undergoing gentle maceration. The juice obtained was then aged in old and new Bordeaux oak barriques to create a deep purple coloured wine. The perfumed nose of this vibrant Cabernet flaunts blackcurrant, violet, cedar and mint aromas, all of which pave the way for a smooth and lavish palate. Silky tannins beautifully balance the wonderful characters on the palate, ending this delightful Cab Sauv in a lingering mouthfeel as well as a captivating finale. It tastes great with mini buffalo slider, garlic chicken wings, and Cheddar cheese.

Like the Command block, which is an amazing resource to the Elderton Estate, the Ashmead block has consistently produced small parcels of excellent quality fruit. The vineyard was almost destroyed in 1997 to make way for higher yielding vines, however the family made the decision to promote the vineyard to a higher destiny thus the Ashmead.

Bright crimson with ruby hues. Sweet, fragrant aromas of red and blue fruits, cherries and raspberries with hints of dried flowers, herbs, spices and cedar. The medium-weight palate is beautifully structured with rich, juicy red fruit flavours and powerful fine-grained tannins for an excellent length and and lipsmacking acidity.

This wine is the flagship of Domaine A and is only produced in vintages of exceptionally high standard. The bouquet shows classic Cabernet varietal aromas and the palate is long and concentrated.
