Hear No Evil is an organic wine range sourced from premium South Australian vineyards crafted using small batch boutique winemaking techniques. Their Adelaide Hills Sav Blanc displays lime, citrus and passionfruit flavours carried by a fine mineral acid backbone, and is a more restrained and elegant version of Sauvignon Blanc.

d'Arenberg Hermit Crab Viognier Marsanne has medium golden colour leads to a sweetly ripe nose of apricots and honeysuckle. The palate is big textual and warmish with sweet apricot and stewed pear flavours. Perfect with red duck curry.

TARDIEU-LAURENT Les Becs Fins Blanc , Cotes-du-Rhone Les Becs Fins Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Marsanne, Roussanne and Clairette in varying proportions depending on vintage conditions. It is a rich, full-flavoured dry white usually showing some of the exotic aromas associated with Viognier. It comes from vineyards on limestone and clay soils mostly covered with large, rounded, white stones. It is matured before bottling for six months in concrete tanks.

The 2018 Viognier is a lively and fresh wine with aromas of peach, citrus and gooseberry. It is well balanced with a fresh and fruity mouthfeel, and flavours of dried apricots, gooseberry, spiced fruits, lime and guava on the palate. It has a long, clean finish and is a good alternative to unoaked chardonnay.
