Torbreck The Struie Shiraz
The Shiraz grapes for The Struie come from old vines in the Barossa and Eden Valleys. The Eden component brings floral spicy aromas that are supported by more brooding notes of tar and chocolate from the Barossa. The palate is luscious and silky, and this is a Fine Wine favourite.

Terroirs Of The Barossa Ebenezer Shiraz
The wine reflects the slate and granite soils with strong mineral notes, and fruit flavours of blackberry, Morello cherry. Complex deeper notes of earth and cured meats bring the palate to a long and evenly weighted finish. Strikingly beautiful, the wine shows perfumed aromas of dark plum, mulberry, thyme, clove and roasted hazelnut on the nose, leading to a beautifully refined palate that’s silky and flowing. The wine offers splendid sophistication and harmony. The combined effects of site soil and climate on the vine. The Barossa has some very distinct sub-regions which exhibit their own unique influence on the wine. A journey through the Terroirs is a lesson in the Barossa’s versatility. We have chosen Eden Valley to highlight its rich, darker flavours unique to this high altitude, cooler climate and rocky, clay loam soils.
Grant Burge The Holy Trinity GSM
The name of this outstanding wine, 'The Holy Trinity' symbolises the Burge family's migration to the Barossa in the 1850's. The family, the vines and their faith created a tradition of winemaking that has continued for five generations. This wine also pays homage to the Barossa, encapsulating the three traditional red varieties of the Barossa - Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre. Under guidance of head winemaker Craig Stansborough, the three varieties come together to make a complex and flavour filled red.
Chateau Tanunda Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Yalumba Fdr1A
'Wonderful example of a full to medium bodied yet soft and supple Barossa cabernet shiraz blend. It shows how these two varieties really work well together. Lush mulberry and blueberry fruit characters with coffee and chocolate complexity. The texture and layers of fruit richness sit so harmoniously with the liberal application of oak. Ripe, chalky tannins' (2010 Vintage) - 95 Points. - Weekend West, Perth, 20 Sep 2014, by Ray Jordan
Torbreck The Steading Grenache Blend
One of the bast examples going around. Incredibly ripe and sweet fruited bouquet and palate, showing Grenache's love for the heat; soft and ripe, warm and fleshy, with a splash of savoury spice to conclude.
