Heggies Above 500m Chardonnay shows fresh aromas of citrus zest, quince and white flowers, with an underlying hint of spicy oak. A zesty and lively palate, with ripe quince and stone fruit flavours, balanced by a crisp acidity which drives the palate length. This Gold medal-winning Sparkling Shiraz has been sourced from McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek vineyards and has lovely smoothness thanks to ageing in old French oak. Deep garnet with a touch of brick, it presents lifted cassis, olive, plum and beetroot aromas. Vibrant and layered, the palate has a refreshing mix of sweet red fruits with touches of spice, juicy texture, firm tannins and generous length.
