This rosé is unashamedly modelled after the fabulously rich, gloriously scented and bone dry rosés of Provence. A fruit-filled palate makes it best served chilled with a summer seafood salad.

A hint of oiliness coming through and subtle secondary characteristics of honey. There is fresh, lovely round Riesling fruit, great texture and a searing, limey finish. An absolutely gorgeous Riesling from the superstars at Peter Lehmann.

Deep crimson purple colour. Ripe plummy, blackberry and spice aromas which are transformed into a generous mouthfilling palate. The contribution of the Durif is subtle, yet evident, giving the wine added depth. Soft finish. A must for the Christmas Table.

Aroma/Palate: Made from the classic Hunter white varieties semillon (70%) and chardonnay (30%).
