Teusner The Gentleman Cabernet Sauvignon
The Eden Valley altitudes were always going to be the source for Kym Teusner's grand Cabernet statement. The fruit is awesome beyond belief, and it shows in this ridiculously underpriced masterstroke. An entitled mouthful of dark currants and blue fruits have a lasting depth all their own, wrapped in a precision poised tannin structure with grip and presence, yet silky throughout. Could be rookie of the year!

Running With Bulls Barossa Garnacha
Pouring a gorgeous raspberry hue with aromas of fresh coriander and grated nutmeg. Silky in texture with a juicy palate comprising strawberries and blood orange. Partial whole bunch fermented delivering a subtle amount of warming spice to finish. Sam Wigan started out in the wine industry by working a vintage with his father at Peter Lehmann wines before heading to Geyser Peak in California. Returning to Australia with the winemaking bug, Sams style involves letting the varietal characteristics of the grapes shine through, by using natural/wild fermentation and malolactic fermentation, with minimal additions and no finings. Having a nice meal with friends and family is one of his favourite things, so he crafts the wines to be fun, drinkable and best enjoyed with food and good company. Morris Sparkling Shiraz Durif Non-Vintage
Deep crimson purple colour. Ripe plummy, blackberry and spice aromas which are transformed into a generous mouthfilling palate. The contribution of the Durif is subtle, yet evident, giving the wine added depth. Soft finish. A must for the Christmas Table.
Mountadam Eden Valley Pinot Gris
The wine has a mild salmon pink colour which will develop further with time. It shows delicate aromatics of jasmine blossom and ripe melon with a dry palate that has abundant textural flavours of ripe apples and pear. The distinct citrus backbone will ensure the wine rewards aging for at least 5 years.
Hesketh Eden Valley Riesling
