Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

First distilled in 1888, Bundaberg Rum is as Australian as it gets. Aged for a minimum of two years, this great rum made from 100% Queensland sugar cane shows evocative flavours of molasses and caramel.

Launched in March 2015, Archie Rose Distilling Co. is the first independent distillery and bar to open in the City of Sydney in over 160 years. Bundaberg XF is a superior blend of aged and bourbon barrel rum that’s then given an extra finish in heavily charred oak barrels. It’s the twice that makes it nice. XF is a sublimely mellow and buttery rich sipper with hints of deep caramel, vanilla, and burnt honey creme like nothing we’ve ever tasted before. Made for moments that matter, but don’t they all. What’s your whim? Say it with Gin. Our Violet Gin is the mood ring of beverages. Transform the broody blues of Butterfly Pea flower to ultraviolet with tonic. A bouquet of heady Australian native botanicals including lemon myrtle, finger lime and pepper berry abounds. On the palate, layers of intriguing flavour unfold, from familiar juniper to juicy finger lime, mellow wattle seed and lingering zest and peppery spice.

In many ways Bundaberg's O.P. is similar to the Underproof, but delivers an extra degree of intensity at all levels.

Titos Handmade Vodka is produced in Austin at Texas first and oldest legal distillery. It is micro distilled in an old-fashioned pot still, just like fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs and distilled six times. Titos Handmade Vodka is designed to be savoured by spirit connoisseurs and everyday drinkers alike. This time-honoured method of distillation requires more skill and effort than modern column stills, but its well worth it.
