Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

First distilled in 1888, Bundaberg Rum is as Australian as it gets. Aged for a minimum of two years, this great rum made from 100% Queensland sugar cane shows evocative flavours of molasses and caramel.

For 20 years The Famous Bundaberg Distillery has been aging rums in an array of different barrels. Bundaberg XF is a superior blend of aged and bourbon barrel rum that’s then given an extra finish in heavily charred oak barrels. It’s the twice that makes it nice. XF is a sublimely mellow and buttery rich sipper with hints of deep caramel, vanilla, and burnt honey creme like nothing we’ve ever tasted before. Made for moments that matter, but don’t they all. These ingredients combine to create a harmonious taste that is rich on the palate, bringing a sweet and sensuous experience with each sip. With its rich red colour, and sweet raspberry finish, this gin can be enjoyed by itself on ice, or with a splash of sparkling water.

The original. Our Sydney Dry Gin is unlike any other. We steep 10 botanicals in Australian wheat spirit, which is then distilled in our little German copper still. You'll notice a classic juniper backbone complimented by fresh green apple, native strawberry gum leaf, and chamomile. It is an easy drinking gin - delicate, fresh, and floral. Perfect in a strong G&T, a gin and soda, or a dry martini. For more delicious results, serve with a strawberry.

Two-Fold is a double-grain whisky matured in Australian red wine barrels. It's a balanced, approachable and versatile sipping whisky that also works beautifully in a mixed drink.
