Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

For 20 years The Famous Bundaberg Distillery has been aging rums in an array of different barrels. Bundaberg XF is a superior blend of aged and bourbon barrel rum that’s then given an extra finish in heavily charred oak barrels. It’s the twice that makes it nice. XF is a sublimely mellow and buttery rich sipper with hints of deep caramel, vanilla, and burnt honey creme like nothing we’ve ever tasted before. Made for moments that matter, but don’t they all. Serve neat over chunky cut ice, it’s that good.

First distilled in 1888, Bundaberg Rum is as Australian as it gets. Aged for a minimum of two years, this great rum made from 100% Queensland sugar cane shows evocative flavours of molasses and caramel.

The original. Our Sydney Dry Gin is unlike any other. We steep 10 botanicals in Australian wheat spirit, which is then distilled in our little German copper still. You'll notice a classic juniper backbone complimented by fresh green apple, native strawberry gum leaf, and chamomile. It is an easy drinking gin - delicate, fresh, and floral. Perfect in a strong G&T, a gin and soda, or a dry martini. For more delicious results, serve with a strawberry.

Handcrafted by blending the finest Bundaberg Rum with the richest aged reserves matured in Brandy and Cognac barrels to deliver exceptional fruit flavours and the perfect balance of vanilla, honey and spice. Titos Handmade Vodka is produced in Austin at Texas first and oldest legal distillery. It is micro distilled in an old-fashioned pot still, just like fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs and distilled six times. Titos Handmade Vodka is designed to be savoured by spirit connoisseurs and everyday drinkers alike. This time-honoured method of distillation requires more skill and effort than modern column stills, but its well worth it.

Founded by Alexander Gordon in 1769, the Gordon's recipe has remained almost untouched since its creation. Triple-distilled, the gin contains juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root to name a few. Enjoy in a classic Gin and Tonic.

A warming spice-driven gin with a unique balance of savoury Australian native botanicals and aromatic winter spices. Sweet orange peel, native strawberry gum and macerated lilly pilli offers a gentle yet full bodied sweet backbone, which is warmed by the fragrant spicy notes of aniseed myrtle, cloves, nutmeg and cassia. Hot green cardamom and black peppercorn are carried through in the long nutty and coffee-like finish provided by the soft oils of native roasted wattle seed.
