Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

First distilled in 1888, Bundaberg Rum is as Australian as it gets. Aged for a minimum of two years, this great rum made from 100% Queensland sugar cane shows evocative flavours of molasses and caramel.

This stunning looking Gin bottle is backed up by a host of international awards including Double Gold medals at the recent San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2017. The 23rd Street distiller individually infuses ten botanicals including traditional juniper and coriander, complemented by zesty local citrus. Upon tasting, golden syrup, star anise and an earthy, ginger spice, lead to roasted notes of raw cacao flowing across an energised palate escalating to a dry and lingering tingle of black pepper and fresh liquorice.

For 20 years The Famous Bundaberg Distillery has been aging rums in an array of different barrels. Bundaberg XF is a superior blend of aged and bourbon barrel rum that’s then given an extra finish in heavily charred oak barrels. It’s the twice that makes it nice. XF is a sublimely mellow and buttery rich sipper with hints of deep caramel, vanilla, and burnt honey creme like nothing we’ve ever tasted before. Made for moments that matter, but don’t they all. Serve neat over chunky cut ice, it’s that good.

When seeking to capture the essence of Sydney, we utilised the region’s local botanicals to show off the unique flora of this sun-soaked country. Our set of aromatics are distinctly Sydney, including juniper, coriander, native lemon myrtle and orange zest – all patiently added to the finest quality base.

Titos Handmade Vodka is produced in Austin at Texas first and oldest legal distillery.
