Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

First distilled in 1888, Bundaberg Rum is as Australian as it gets. Aged for a minimum of two years, this great rum made from 100% Queensland sugar cane shows evocative flavours of molasses and caramel.

For 20 years The Famous Bundaberg Distillery has been aging rums in an array of different barrels. Bundaberg XF is a superior blend of aged and bourbon barrel rum that’s then given an extra finish in heavily charred oak barrels. It’s the twice that makes it nice. XF is a sublimely mellow and buttery rich sipper with hints of deep caramel, vanilla, and burnt honey creme like nothing we’ve ever tasted before. Made for moments that matter, but don’t they all. Bundaberg Red is the first Rum to be filtered with Red Gum. Bundaberg Red has been crafted to deliver an incredibly smooth taste while retaining the unique character for which Bundaberg Rum is famous. This stunning looking Gin bottle is backed up by a host of international awards including Double Gold medals at the recent San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2017. The 23rd Street distiller individually infuses ten botanicals including traditional juniper and coriander, complemented by zesty local citrus. Careful blending is key, creating a layered palate and full-bodied mouthfeel.

Founded by Alexander Gordon in 1769, the Gordon's recipe has remained almost untouched since its creation. Triple-distilled, the gin contains juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root to name a few. Enjoy in a classic Gin and Tonic.

With its rich red colour, and sweet raspberry finish, this gin can be enjoyed by itself on ice, or with a splash of sparkling water.
