Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

Distilled in small batches at our Gold Coast distillery, Wildflower Signature Gin is a subtle balance of juniper, lemon myrtle and gentle hints of the distiller's backyard honey.

First distilled in 1888, Bundaberg Rum is as Australian as it gets. Aged for a minimum of two years, this great rum made from 100% Queensland sugar cane shows evocative flavours of molasses and caramel.

The 23rd Street distiller individually infuses ten botanicals including traditional juniper and coriander, complemented by zesty local citrus. Careful blending is key, creating a layered palate and full-bodied mouthfeel.

Titos Handmade Vodka is produced in Austin at Texas first and oldest legal distillery. It is micro distilled in an old-fashioned pot still, just like fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs and distilled six times. Titos Handmade Vodka is designed to be savoured by spirit connoisseurs and everyday drinkers alike. This time-honoured method of distillation requires more skill and effort than modern column stills, but its well worth it.

A secret recipe of adventurous spice & natural flavours that are expertly blended with fine Caribbean rum then aged in charred white oak barrels to create a taste and colour as rich as a pocketful of gold doubloons. Aqua Vitae Modern Gin is as natural as it can get, and brings a flavour like no other.Translated from old Latin, aqua vitae means water of life, a term used for distilled spirits that originated in the Middle Ages. The imperial mandarin, eucalyptus, and lemon myrtle notes pair well with a light tonic and a slice of fresh peach or mandarin.

Aqua Vitae: Raspberry Gin is our latest gin; a sweet yet refreshing mixture created with Tasmanian-grown raspberries. These ingredients combine to create a harmonious taste that is rich on the palate, bringing a sweet and sensuous experience with each sip. With its rich red colour, and sweet raspberry finish, this gin can be enjoyed by itself on ice, or with a splash of sparkling water.

What’s your whim? Say it with Gin. Our Violet Gin is the mood ring of beverages. Transform the broody blues of Butterfly Pea flower to ultraviolet with tonic. A bouquet of heady Australian native botanicals including lemon myrtle, finger lime and pepper berry abounds. On the palate, layers of intriguing flavour unfold, from familiar juniper to juicy finger lime, mellow wattle seed and lingering zest and peppery spice.
