Malolactic fermentation is avoided to retain the vibrant, dry acidity that gives freshness to the Champagne. The wine is aged on yeast for 4 years prior to disgorgement and release. Champagne Charles Orban is a another fantastic grower/producer Champagne to offer simply amazing value-for-money for authentic Champagne. From a hands-on producer who have been tending their vineyards for decades, Charles Orban Blanc de Blanc is made from 100% estate grown Chardonnay that has a discrete nose of butter and nuttiness rounded by a palate with hints of brioche. A complex, mouth-filling boutique Champagne perfect as an aperitif or alongside many heartier meals.

Consisting of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, this elegant rose has both power and style. Rich mouthfeel complemented by a lively line of acid that goes on and on and on.

Heidsieck & Co Monopole Champagne Brut NV is a pale yellow colour. The palate is primarily yellow fruit oriented, particularly peach on the outset. The nose has aromas of stewed fruits with hints of honey. There are also floral notes providing a foretaste of the lightness of the champagne. The mouth, similar to the nose, is fruit dominated with cherry plumes, oranges, and peaches. Fresh, elegant, and delicate, this brut Champagne is very pleasant on the palate.
